This McDonald’s is a poop hole! Place is disgustingly filthy. All tables are dirty, had to clean our own. Drink station counter filthy, floor filthy, Kiosk order # tents were all over the tables which no doubt means that the location does not bring the food to the table, and if they do, the worker doesn’t remove the tent and return to kiosk. Trash cans were overflowing, probably why everyone left their trash on the tables. Then I see that the Manager, leaves his own review with 5 stars, as well as other employees leaving reviews to attempt to negate all the bad. This type of mess does not require a transition period of management to correct. It is a lack of training and discipline which should be corrected immediately.Please go across the street to Speedway for your sanitary dinning experience. Or eat at Subway. Subway is ran by Loves, McDonald’s is ran by a franchise who obviously doesn’t care.

A sausage mcmuffin and a sausage mcgriddle are not hard to make right. Not only was the muffin not toasted, I doubt it was cooked at all. It was just bread. Same with the mcgriddle. Raw and doughy in the middle. With the rise in higher wages for fast food workers I expect my order to be made right. This place is a joke.

I've placed a mobile order for Big Breakfast w/Hotcakes, Bacon Egg Cheese Bagel meal, oatmeal and 2 drinks. Placed it for counter, because of having issues with them always (and I mean ALWAYS?) bringing the order to the car with items missing. It wasn't ready when I've got there. Showed the order and was told it was going to be "pushed through." Bah! IT TOOK THEM 25 MINUTES TO GET THE ORDER OUT, while everyone else was getting orders BEFORE ME!? Absolutely, completely, POSITIVELY and totally unacceptable, I can't recommend this location.Do yourself a favor and go across 109 from there and visit Gas Grill Family Restaurant by Speedway. It's a diner that you would have to wait a little bit, with take-out available. Serves breakfast all day. You definitely get a better value and experience than you would at this McDonald's.

Caleb at the counter was very quick and polite. He was knowledgeable about the prices, and informed me it was cheaper to purchase a meal (including a drink that I didn’t want) rather than 2 burritos and a hash brown separately. The food was prepared quickly, about the same amount of time it took me to fill my drink at the machine. It was hot and fresh.Later on I even saw Caleb approaching customers at the self-serve kiosk and offer to assist them quicker than they could use the self-serve kiosk, and approach customers in the lobby to take their food to them (not a single second wasted standing around.The lobby is clean, and drink island is stocked.Overall I’m highly impressed with this restaurant, despite being a McDonalds

Hair in my food .. would not answer the phone . I tried several times to reach them . As a trucker we usually get our food to go .. so I'd already left and was going down the road when I discovered a hair .

So unbelievable slow. Speed is usually one of the selling points of "fast food". In fact I could argue that it supercedes the food portion of the phrase in some cases. Avoid this McDonald's if you can.

Never once have I received napkins or ketchup when I explicitly ask for them. The lady with the bonnet and skirt is the best employee there though, so kudos to her, she's the only reason I won't give one star

We saw 3 people working. The young lady who wore grey hoodie, was very rude. We had asked her for our sundae and drink which they forgot with our order. And she did not even speak a word to us. Just glanced at us and walked away. Later came back with a sundae. She seems to hate people and hate being there. This is our message to her: we hope you can smile one day.
