“I reluctantly decided to have Pizza Hut for dinner tonight. I have not ordered from these guys for about a month or two now because the last two times I have ordered carry-out, the taco pizza was not prepared correctly. It appeared as if someone took a sausage pizza, threw a salad on it, and put it in a box. I decided to give them another try tonight; except this time, I called and spoke with the manager immediately after ordering. The manager, named Heather, was VERY friendly and helpful after I explained what had happened on my last two experiences with them. Upon receiving my order at the drive-through window, we discovered that Heather left a very nice message on the box, saying she had prepared our taco pizza herself and hoped we enjoyed it.I’m thoroughly pleased with this manager’s initiative to make sure my order was done correctly and to take my disappointed experiences and change my mind on being a frequent customer again. “Food was not terribly hot. Had fresh fries made, they were well past expired. But they gave us fresh ones without any hesitation. “Caroline, the girl who took my order was super friendly. I've worked customer service before and it's always best to have an employee that is upbeat and with a smile on their face.That being said, I am also disappointed. Very disappointed. I ordered 2 chalupas without tomatoes because I am highly allergic to tomatoes and there was tomatoes on both of them. I have the receipt to prove it. I ended up giving my food to my friend who I was going to visit because I couldn't eat it.Update;I returned today, October 29,2023 for my replacement and it is so good. Made exactly how I like it. “Who is the little cute older woman that worked the drive thru on Sunday morning, December 10th? She is the sweetest woman ever. So chipper and happy which is very unusual at any drive thru. She was the one collecting payment in the first window? The girl that handed us our order at the 2nd window was more like what we are used to. No smile, pitches the bag at you, not even a have a nice day. But that lil elderly woman made up for the usual nasty kids that work there. My husband and I will be back just to see her. How refreshing!!!!“
