Asked for carry out container of which was given to us but, accidently left it at the table. Called and spoke with the manager to get a replacement and was told no,now that was a whole slab and should have been compensated, that is wrong on so many levels as high as food is REALLY!!!! That's not good customer service ?

I ordered Wonton Chicken Tacos, pretty much h the only thing I eat here anymore, the wonton were burnt, inedible they were so burnt. When I called ,to discuss the matter, they told me they had picked out the best ones they could find. So they knowingly sold me burnt food. I went back to get a replacement order and they were burnt as well. The waitress walked out from the kitchen and shoved this bag in my hands turned around and went back into the kitchen. I asked anyone around "I want these to go to the manager, how do I get these to the manager" and a waitress at the ordering kiosk, took them and said she would be sure the manager git them. I told her he needs to know about how rude, she was to me, as well.I took the survey on the receipt, got an email from the manager to please contact him at the store, I've called 4 times and he is never there when I call.Very disappointing .
