Good pretzels but maaan, the manager was on her phone the entire time and only hopped off to yell at her employees for messing something up. She also let the other female sit on her phone while the men worked.

Have a pretzel day! Not anymore. ? The new nacho cheese is disgusting. I loved the original cheese but the new stuff is revolting. So disappointed. I will no longer be having a pretzel day. ??

Pretzel was good, service sucks!! The girl that checked us out was nice and the women who was filling the warmer up was rude. Complained and rolled her eyes because I asked for the bigger pretzel. RUDE.

First off the Broke had amaizing customer service very polite and great smile. This was my first time trying. I took my daughter and her friend as a treat. OMG THEY WERE SO SOFT AND DELICIOUS. We all had a meal deal. Pepperoni, jalapeños,and bacon. We all tries each other's. EVERYONE WAS SOFT FRESH AND DELICIOUS. THEY CAME RIGHT OUT THE OVEN?? We were thinking about icecream as a dessert BUT UUUUMMM NO WE WERE SO FREAKING FULL!!! UGHH U MUST TRY. I HATE YO SAY IT BUT ANT ANNIE PRETZELS HAVE NOTHING ON THIS PLACE. THISNIS MY NEW PRETZEL GO TO PLACE WGEN I CRAVE ONE!!!!

Such a hidden jewel! Amazing pretzels, so delicious. The staff is beyond professional and the customer service top notch. Very friendly. The place is always super clean and the service is prompt. I feel Kokomo is so lucky to have such an awesome place.

I was in the Kokomo mall at Ben's and I had a order (1) (I originally ordered a Pretzel dog but they said it was to close to closing, didn't have garlic sauce I wanted. I ordered and paid a small little pizza and a drink. Then, they told I couldn't eat in there because they close in 30 minutes. IF, they had told this, I wouldn't ordered. They pizza I bought was horrible. I'm disabled and sit just anywhere I have a pinched nerve. I can't just sit anywhere. Not very friendly people
We look forward to getting a Ben's Pretzel every time we are in town. We love the take home kits, too!

A friend and I went to Bens this evening to get ham and cheese sandwich along with other items. As soon as we walked up the employee says” I’m sorry we are making a very big order and I won't be able to take your order for atleast 6 minutes” we say ok and wait a few minutes. She then waits on the gentleman in front of us then asks us what we want. My friend starts to say ham and cheese and even before she gets that out the employee says “oh I can’t make that, I don’t have time” we have to big of an order we are trying to get done. Here’s the thing, if your open and not going to make orders because walk up customers aren’t important then why don’t you just close?? She wasn’t friendly and she didn’t suggest anything else. She wasn’t very apologetic either. On the bright side, we love your pretzels and we will definitely be back.

Best soft pretzels you'll ever have. I love the variety the offer--you can get a sweet or salty pretzel (also pretzel bites), and your sauce can be anything from caramel to mustard! Truly a versatile and delicious pretzel shop. The only thing I'd change is that their employees have to say their slogan... "Have a pretzel day."

The options make it fun for everyone--cinnamon sugar pretzels, traditional salty, pretzel bites, etc. The variety of sauces adds a lot of options. They also have take home kits that make it really easy to serve up amazing soft pretzels at home! We've always had positive reactions when we've made them at home for friends and family. Also a great activity for kids!
