I placed an order for pick up through the drive thru. When I arrived at the store the drive thru was blocked off by cones and a random trailer was parked there. I had to go inside and the woman working at the counter told me “when that happens I need to pickup my pizza from the pickup box”. She showed me where it was at and there were no pizzas in there… With a confused look on my face she went to the back and found my order. Once I got it home we found out that there was little to no sauce on the pizza. I filed a complaint and still haven’t heard back after a week. This is unacceptable.

I hate to leave it publicly because overall it was ok. 3 stars is average and respectable. Food~ there wasn't much cheese/toppings on the pizzas. Service~ is it possibly the employee was working alone? There was difficulty finding my online order & no one came to help her. I am uncomfortable when a business seems to have overworked employees that are doing everything by themselves. Atmosphere~ I did not feel safe in the drive-thru. It needs more lighting and there were a group of young adults being loud and disruptive in the western side of the parking lot. Morel lighting would have made me feel more secure.

Ordered pizza online, and paid with my card, but when I got there they couldn't find my order or payment. On my online statement it shows that payment plus the one in the store. I was late for my meeting, yet the signs in the store say save time order online. Good luck, but I for one will not order online again.

Lady was rude as hell. Couldn't even stand there long enough to finish my order. The pizza I got has the box all soggy and it's hard on the crust and it's got a rock hard pepperoni. 1/10 would not recommend. I'ma tell all my friends to stay far away from this place. Such a waste of my time and money.
