This chili is so good! I also love their club sandwiches. Fast, friendly service. There was a small mishap with my food, but the manager quickly resolved the problem. I was very pleased with the customer service. I will definitely return again.

Need to give more salad dressing with to go orders. My sandwich was acceptable, no WOW this time . There was something different or off about it. I had the Horseradish Beef and Cheddar, it didn't wow me like it usually does.
Came today @11:30! My soup was great and my Ruben was even GREATER! Compliments to the Chef!!!

This is my favorite restaurant. I have a tea pass so I can get tea.daily. The food tastes great. Staff is always kind and friendly to me. The atmosphere is calming. It's a really wonderful place to eat. The app has a rewards program as well. You can buy a tea pass if you want tea every day and it's super cheap. Like $8 and some odd cents for 30 days then less than a dollar a day for a tea. If you want to stay away from the carbon in soda then this helps a lot. You can get sweet or unsweet, lemon or no lemon. The food is by far way better than Subway in every way. Just be warned lines can be long and it can get crowded.Parking: It gets packed which is why it can be hard to find a patking spit sometimes.

This place was quite busy with a line to the door. Food came out reasonably fast especially considering how busy the place was. It was clear they were short staffed with dishes piled up on multiple tables. Order was correct, people are friendly.

McAlister's is awesome! Their food is exceptional and is served in large portions. The service is great, as they are quick to get your food to you and are very professional in doing so. I highly recommend McAlister's Deli for your next lunch or dinner meal!
