Unfortunately, today's society believes that being rude is acceptable and that working is such a burden. From the person taking the oder to the person giving the order, it seemed rude and hard work. SMH.

In my experience, at least it used to be this way, customer service dictated that if you showed up a MINUTE late for breakfast they could still make it for you.

Typically McDonald's is a drive thru for me...I took grandson to the playplace and was pleasantly surprised! Friendly staff, clean restroom and playplace was VERY CLEAN! Safe and fun and FREE place for him to let out his energy, just pay for food or drinks. Excellent service, hot food and I absolutely will be bringing him back!
