This place is a joke. Service time for the two same breakfast combos was 34 minutes. That's with me having to go back through the drive thru since they forgot about me and after going inside was met with rude inattentive employees with about 10-15 people waiting in line. Some of these people had food in their hands if you can get the picture. This was once a McDiner and it sucked then and continues to suck. Stay away from the south side and go to the north McDonalds if you want something halfway reliable.

This review isn’t based off of one experience, but multiple experiences over the last month. I have to say, I’m actually surprised this location doesn’t receive great, if not sub-par, reviews. This is the only McDonald’s location I visit in Kokomo anymore. The service is quick, even when there is a long line in the drive through. The food is hot and fresh most of the time. I can’t say this location has ever screwed up my order. They don’t park cars and make you wait 10 minutes for a burger and some fries like the other locations. And quite honestly, the service isn’t even bad. Yes, the people working the drive through may speak monotonously sometimes, but they still ask if you need anything else in your bag before handing it to you and acknowledge you when saying, “Have a good day”. We’re all human. These employees are tired, they’re busy, and they’re doing their best. Hands down the best location in town.

Well when ever I go to McDonald’s they never give me the small stuff I could say! The other day I ordered my kid a chicken nugget happy meal, she told me that the chicken nuggets were dry and they forgot the toy and the fries they did give us the cardboard box of the fries tho and most of the time they forget my drink or sauce!

They served my order immediately and then took 24 minutes to make two hot mochas and two large unsweetened teas. Only they gave us iced coffees instead of hot mochas.
.... i go there on Washington St. & Lincoln Rd. Frappe/Shake/ice cream never works & hasn't for along time..Half the Time..they say their shortstaffed so only drinks & maybe fries was all you could order hen the person who waited on me was rude & didn't even say thank you..the other McDonald's in Kokomo pretty much suck to.
