I was looking forward to trying NR pizza again. It had been years. I tried to call in order to N. Washington store, but kept getting the store in Markland Mall. Stopped by instead. Tried to order, but staff said that's not how it works. You only pick from what is already made - 2 small cheese and 1 small peperoni. Looked like they were made hours earlier. What a joke. If they are going to run it like gas station pizza, I'd rather have Hunt Brothers.

The food was OK. The service was ok, though I felt I wasn't a priority for on of the servers that talked to me. As a whole, it's not bad, just not worth the money I spent, in my opinion.

I feel like most people on here commenting are professional Karen's. It ain't that bad. Good pizza, good choice of beer. Good spot for Kokomo. They got vegan options too.

I called and asked if they could clean their prep area before making my pizza because I have a mushroom allergy and the guy on the phone said they don’t have time to cater to “ special needs “ . Probably going to talk to a lawyer.

Waited a half hour to be seated, then another hour and fifteen minutes to get our pizza. It was seriously the worst pizza I have had in my 65 years. I ordered "the works". I couldn't see ANYTHING on it except sauce and I had ordered extra pepperoni and extra cheese. Nothing. It was burnt around the edges. I ordered thin crust and got thick. I was so hungry, and my sugar was so low that I ate it without complaining. I will never return.
