Employees completely unprofessional and very disrespectful. Call in for a carryout just to be told I never called when I have the 3 calls I made time stamped to them in my recent calls. Will not order from here again.
Ordered two pizzas and a root beer driver brought my pizza and told me they didn't give him my root beer said he would bring it back so I called after waiting 30 minutes manager says the driver will bring it back waiting for another hour called the manager back to get a update the manager was completely rude and unprofessional and tells me her driver won't be any way near my area and offered me a free one on my next order and refused to give me a refund for the root beer, I dont order a lot from Papa John's so a free one on my next order defeats the purpose the manager then proceeds to get smart and Very unprofessional I definitely won't be spending my money there anymore

The best Papa John's in Kokomo. Love the new garlic stuffed crust pizza. My order was ready when they said it would be, the order was correct and the food was hot. One of the best pizzas I've had for a while.

Well first off I had a bad experience about 2 months ago that made me not order from these guys ever again however I received some coupons I'm the mail and decided to give them one more shot...boy what a mistake...I ordered the family special which is a large specialty pizza and a two topping pizza for 25.99. When we got our order it was delivered by doordash and we didn't even order from them anyways the deluxe pizza wasn't cooked all the way because the crust was raw dough then I ordered boneless chicken wings and what I got was some chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce I had to put on myself...papa John's just lost me as a long time customer and I don't recommend you buy from them unless you like raw food...

Went there this evening to pick up an order, told them we would pick it up at 5:00pm. When we got it home, it was cold and our order of 10 breadsticks was only 9 breadsticks and 2 of them were not even 2 inches long!! I'm not exaggerating, we measured them! So basically we got 7 breadsticks for the price of 10! We won't be going back!
