So you take a displaced Cajun with some mad cooking skills, a modest sized Indiana town and what do you get? You get an awesome Kokomo Cajun restaurant! To say that the food is authentic didn't nearly convey the love and care that Poulard's puts into their menu. We loved the crayfish étouffée. The meat lovers' red beans and rice was perfect for a person with a low tolerance for spicy food. If you want to get your Cajun on, chef Poulard's got you covered.

I don't need to say much than WOW! So much flavor! We both had the Gum-Balaya. Ordered a side of Cajun battered fries as well. Fries were very lightly breaded and tasted fantastic. Can't wait to come back and try something else.

Really surprised at how nice it was inside. Food was excellent, I got a PoBoy half and half catfish, shrimp and it was crazy good. 4* only cause it seemed pricey for the portion size. I'll definitely be back. There is alot of items on the menu I've never seen anywhere but NO. ??????

Loved this place but I only got 2 PCs of wings in my order…bummer and I came so far for this place. Hopefully the cooks don’t short peoples chicken wings again! I WANTED MY CHICKENS LOL $13 is quite allot for a 2 pc wing and fries! so in that case you get 2 stars ⭐️ ⭐️

Fried potatoes were good. We got take away. Two entrees: Cajun jumbalaya and Gumbalaya. Picked up the order at 4:30 pm. Person waiting on me at register was very nice, friendly and asked me if it was my first time at the place (it was). Maybe it was too late in the day (they open before noon), but the meat and shrimp in the entries was over cooked and dried. There was a roll served with each entree that added nothing. I may give them a noontime try but this outing was woeful and disappointing.

I love the subtle 'heat' of the Crawdad etoufee and the catfish dinners, and their fries are also seasoned perfectly, in my opinion, Kenneth and others have done a GREAT job with balancing spices and 'heat' to their dishes!The suitableness of 'heat' majorly complements the other ingredients of the dinners without overpowering.
