I'm not a huge fast food person, so if I'm stopping in at a fast food, that's what I'm expecting, fast food! I've only eaten here twice. Unfortunately, each time my order was missing items and/or contained the wrong items. The first time, I used the outside pull in service. the initial wait time for service was around 10 minutes & food arrived about 15 minutes after I ordered it. Again, it wasn't correct. I had to contact them to get the food they left off & let them know it I didn't order a soda, I ordered tea. They apologized & 10 minutes later, they brought me a tea & the sandwich they left out. This time, we went inside & waited at least 15 minutes or more, then the employee who was sitting in the dining room on break, went to the back & let them know they had customers up front. Even though you can easily hear the door buzzers go off throughout the store when you walk in to announce customers. She came back out & said someone would be worth us soon. About 5 minutes after that someone came out & took our order. Then, 15 minutes later, they brought it out. It was missing a sandwich & syrup for the French Toast. Again, we had a devil of a time getting someone's attention in the back to correct the order. Once we finally did & we told them what the issue was, they corrected it. But 3 of us didn't have syrup until they brought out the new sandwich, so by then, our French Toast stripes were cold.The food was really good when it was warm, but after the wait, not so much so.As a side note here, I know that places are struggling to get good help these days & I really don't like having to mess up reputations over bad service, but when it's a constant issue & have to wonder if there isn't other factors at play.

Recently moved to Indiana from Texas. One of the things we miss most is Sonic. Flavored drinks and great food, we drove a little over an hour to enjoy Sonic. I have one word. Expand ?. Drive through was non stop and the only parking stall was one reserved for Veterans! Very classy? We pulled into that spot with our Marine Corps Texas plates, ordered and enjoyed our late lunch. Carhops were very friendly. Shania I believe was her name. We will definitely be back to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! For the record, Kokomo’s Sonic beat our home town sonic with the quality of their food and their friendly customer service!

The food is decent, but the service is extremely slow, and the crew is inattentive. They are overpriced for thier specialty. If you like the type of food then go to Cone Palace, you will get better quality of food, nicer service for a lower cost. All the while supporting a local business.

My order was 5.28 I gave the cashier 20.28 and she gave me 14.00 and some change. When I let her know my change should be $15.00 she then argued with me!!! Then I get home and the chicken wrap I ordered was a complete mess no napkins and my tots were cold. Your customer service needs a lot of work ? I love your food but will not be back...

Omg a friend and I went to sonic. We order food but I also ordered a BLT sandwich with extra bacon and ask to have the bacon very well done. They did what I requested and DAMN that BLT sandwich was fasho one of the best BLT sandwiches they have here in kokomo. Fresh and all. You got to try it ❤️

I stopped in to get a chili cheese dog and chili cheese tots. What a mess. I pulled into a drive-in booth because there were 4 cars in the drive through. I waited over 5 minutes for someone to answer the button for ordering. Still nothing. I left the booth and got into the drive-through, ordered my food, then parked in a spot to eat it. My first bite was horrific, it was so hot that I had to spit it out...I even think I go blisters on the insides of my lips. I let it cool for about 20 minutes and then tried again, even though it was still hot, I could taste the burnt chili.I tried the chili cheese footlong and it was the same. So burnt that I could taste the bottom of the pan.Sonic should be ashamed of selling a meal that you cannot even eat. I will not be going back there anytime soon.
