Was a little disappointed that my cup was not full when I was handed my unsweetened green tea. For almost 5 dollars my tea should be filled to the top. I will give them a try next time I'm in town. Hopefully my tea will be filled to the top next time.

Can't say if I am driving through Id' be back. Ordered a few drinks and a few food items. Took FOREVER. The servers were nice enough, but so slow, everything was sitting on the table as an online order and taking up their time to make drinks for people who were actually there. The sandwich I had, was just thrown in the bag, it slid apart and was all over the place. I would guess it was about 20min for our order. STANDARDS PEOPLE! PS: to all you Starbucks employees everywhere. When an order is up use your voice to call out the name. Your not in a library

placed an order at 11:25 am. my fiance waited for 35+ minutes for 2 DRINKS. he asked them initially how long the wait would be, and they said 15 minutes. once those 35 minutes had passed, they STILL hadn’t even started the drinks! don’t waste your time going to this place. they’re slow and rude.

I went to Starbucks today line only had like 3 cars infront of us. once we ordered and where waiting it took 20 minutes in a drive thru?! And we finally got our drink and there was no cold foam. Like it had been sitting there melting.

Hands down the worst Starbucks in Indiana probably. Terrible customer service, they're ALWAYS out of something and their drinks are always inconsistent! This location is so bad they'll tell u to pull forward at the drive thru after you've mobile ordered and waited in drive thru for 20 minutes and tell you they'll bring your drink out, and never bring it out. It was not even a hard or large order. I waited for 39 minutes for 2 iced coffees and a hot coffee. Absolutely ridiculous! I didn't know Starbucks started telling ppl to pull forward like it's a fast food joint! This location is an absolute joke! Oh!!! One other time I got an iced coffee and a grilled cheese and ended up projectile vomiting. Stay away!! RUN!

The crew here has a general bad attitude, and the Barista today does not know how to make lattes. Starbucks lattes are supposed to have a centimeter layer of white silky foam on the top. The Barista made mine without foam, possibly on purpose as the guy who ordered after me got his drink (a more complicated drink) before mine, and I complained about it - I mentioned this to the Barista, and she, with a snarky glare, threw my latte together and slapped it on the counter. The shift supervisor today had her remake it, and the Barista made it without foam again. I showed the second latte to the shift supervisor and she said it had foam pointing to a few bubbles in the espresso and milk mix. When I pay 5 bucks plus tip for coffee, I expect better than what I received today, a waste of my 30 minute break.

Ordered a carmel brûlée with soy milk and they made a carmel machiotto with reg milk went back n there for a 2nd time and they did the same thing went back n a third time and they did it again my daughter cannot have regular milk because of allergies. They need to learn how to read tickets and make the right drinks. I will not be going back to this Starbucks ever again

I went in and stood in line for over 10 minutes. I had one busy lady tell me she would be with me shortly but I decided to walk away after being ignored for that long. They're just too busy with drive - thru customers to take in-store orders (to be fair, it was close to lunchtime) but I didn't have the time to wait. Point is, if you're in a hurry, don't stop. If you have a few minutes to burn, go for it.

The employees were apathetic. They made us feel like we were bothering them by coming in. The countertop was wet and sticky - we had to wipe our drinks off. They told us they didn't have drip coffee instead of asking if we minded waiting. Definitely not on brand for Starbucks.
