When they handed me my milkshake, the lid was not on all the way and it slipped out of my hand and all over my leg and shifter and cup holder. When I said something to the to the lady she just looked and me and said here's your food shoving it out the window not giving me a chance to clean up the mess that was made from them. I do not recommend going here

Well... needless to say, I ordered 30 dollars of food and it looked like it should have costed 15 with the amount of food there was. The medium fries were half and quarter full, the small fries barely had anything in them and the kids chicken tenders were so small, they weren't worth the money either. Feel like I should have just gone somewhere else. The price for portion was terrible.

We just came here and it was the best experience I’ve had at a Steak ‘n Shake in LONG A TIME! The food was hot and fresh and the portions were huge! Staff was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
We went to the one by Community Howard, never again.The food terrible. I won't spend my money there again. The chili was cold and didn't taste good. My Frisco burger was so bad I threw it away.

I tried to get a drive through order but a girl was taking our order when suddenly, a man cut in and was yelling at us for changing our order when all we did was ask if there was soup of any kind as my daughter just had surgery and cant eat much food. He was soo rude and wouldn't even tell us what we owed for what we did order. We drove off over it. I wont be spending my hard earned money in a place that talks to me the way he did
I was so happy to see this establishment alive & well! Everything matched my memory of the food & shakes. Very nostalgic!
