Everytime I got food they messed something up or forget an item and I stopped going and my brother still has issues he ordered 3 soft tocos with meat cheese only and they screw it up every time give him lettuce ans such. It not that hard when it even said it on a screen.

Convinced that they just throw orders together, both for Door Dash and in-person. Every single time my partner and I have ordered, it has been wildly wrong or has several items missing. What items we DO get are sloppily put together and the ingredients only end up on like half of the item. If the employees aren't getting paid enough to care enough to just fulfill orders accurately, please just close this location and merge what care is left into the other Kokomo location.

It's just criminal how often they mess up your order. I ordered tacos just now and the ration to meat to lettuce is 90/10. I always have bad experiences and they should just do better. Obviously management is not existent there

Can’t comment on food or atmosphere but they decided to accept a doordash order around 3:15 then when dasher arrived to pick up order at 3:30 they didn’t give them order and just never responded.
Not sure if the recent attention at this location has anything to do with it but the staff here has been way more friendly than the other locations. They were out of items the last 2 times I've been in but at least they were friendly and communicated instead of taking 15 mins to even acknowledge the front register area.

I'm only adding one star bc that's the lowest you can go. I have not received many orders correct here in the past month. We just ordered DoorDash and received two items out of six and they were not even made correctly. The store has just gone downhill so much. It used to be my favorite to go to.
