Well after sitting in drive-thru for about 30 minutes our food was cold and as far as everything else service and atmosphere with very dull and i wouldn't return back there if I was paid to.
Ordered off the value menu, charged for the more expensive items instead. Not the first time this location has screwed up for us. Will not use this location

Was charged for combo when I didn’t order a Combo. It cost more then individually ordering. Shoved the food out the window, handed me my card and shut the window. No interaction other than my total.

THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!This is the first google review I’ve ever made.. that’s how pissed off I am. This is the absolute worst Taco Bell location I have ever been too. My fiancé and I drive 50 minutes for work everyday this location is unfortunately the most convenient location to stop at when we do not have the energy to cook. 6 times in a 7 week span we have ordered and they forgot multiple items. I hate calling in to complain but when I pay for something I expect it.. I called and was told they would give us a $30 credit for the next time we stopped in, here we are a week later trying to cash in on this promise and are told no (I don’t even want to call in a credit I paid for items I didn’t receive) it’s ridiculous, my finance asked for the corporate number and told no you can’t have it and to come back in the next day to speak with a manager. I called in to ask for a corporate number and the “manager” I spoke with in the phone said she doesn’t know it. I said okay, well what’s the name of your franchise I can find it myself…. Doesn’t know the name of the franchise…. I told her it’s on her pay stub… still doesn’t know… it’s astonishing to me the level of incompetence. All I want it the items I paid for. RIDICULOUS.
I love the cinnabon bites. When they are cooked the right way!

Who is Taco Bell has some of the worst management I’ve seen when they will sit in the back and curse at their employees while they’re getting slammed instead of coming out and helping they have Guest sitting there for an hour waiting on an order. The manager Tiffany needs to go find a new job because she ain’t cut out for it.
