What a gem! Service was outstanding. I got the fish and chips and it was fried light and crisp. Magners (Bulmers if you're an OG) on tap was a nice suprise. Will definately be back!

I had a unexpectedly spectacular experience at cooks recently I I had to come here to rave about it. There was a new server that I hadn't seen before and was skeptical at first. After a delightful introduction Jaycie provided us with admirable service with a witty charm throughout the evening. She add a refreshing vibe to cooks that didn't go unnoticed by myself or the others dining around us. Truly a gem to this place and if they haven't yet they should give her a raise! If you have the pleasure of having jaycie as your server make sure to tip her well and enjoy the vibes. I know I did!

Very enjoyable dinner. Good food, a cut above comparable. Wonderful ambiance. Careful , helpful service. Fun place for all types , but not loud. Can carry on conversation. Real addition to Kokomo options.

Some coworkers and myself were in Kokomo for a Training Class and some of them had been here before and bragged about how great it was. We all decided to go since I had never been and they love it. The ambiance was perfect for the Irish Pub feel. We were quickly seated, but service was a bit long due to a party of like 15 that came in right after us. It was understandable to have patience when it's a Tuesday and something like that occurs. We ordered the Pimento Cheese Dip and Irish Egg Rolls for appetizers, both were delicious! I ordered the Shepherds Pie which was really quite dry but my coworker ordered the Homestead Pie (much more flavorful) and we split them to see which was better. I obviously recommend the Homestead Pie. I had McDoogal Balls as my side and they were ok. I wish there would have been more flavor, maybe some seasoning would have taken them that little extra mile. This is a decent place that I would definitely try again!

Just terrible..the Reuben was the inedible...I covered it with a napkin, tipped the waitress 100%(she is not gonna make money here!)...never to return!

Amazing food!! They were so accommodating to the needs of my guests with allergies. Made an entire meal for one guest that had many allergies!Highly recommend the BBQ pork sliders, sweet potato casserole, & mac and cheese! To die for!!

The best burgers, wings, in Kokomo. and the Pimento dip is my favorite appetizer. I also love the fact the chefs will have off the menu specials that look so amazing on Facebook.
We love this place. However, it's now turned into *loved this place. We've been coming for years on and off and the food is always good and have a great time. Last night however, such a dramatic difference. Started off sitting near the kitchen. I don't know what was going on but it smelled AWFUL. Like sewage or something. Like made me gag. Second, the service wasn't great. Wasn't terrible, but wasn't great either. Now onto the food. One of the orders was way wrong. Then a hair was found in the same persons meal. No offer of discounting that persons meal or anything despite not being able to eat half of it from hair. My fish was fine, but fries were barely cooked and were super soggy. My wife's steak didn't seem right so she didn't finish it. 8 hours later she was extremely sick and had to go to the hospital for food poisoning. We are just so disappointed. We loved coming here but it's just gone downhill. Unfortunately we won't be back anytime soon, if ever. I gave it an extra star because the staff was still very nice despite all the other issues going on.

Great environment in downtown Kokomo and excellent service. Able accommodate a party of 6 easily!! Great location, nice interior and great service. Food was a 3. Just so / so... May go back but would certainly try different food --- 1 more time! Wish Cook McDoogals's the best!

The second star is generous and only due to the ambiance. The food lacked flavor and the shepherds pie should be renamed shepherds soup. Nothing here is traditional Irish Pub fare. This establishment should reconsider it's branding.

Oh my goodness, their food was delicious. They are very personable and kind and you can tell that they care about the value and taste of their food. They had a tasting event for wedding parties and I thought it would be easier to choose but it almost made it harder because everything was so good. They made it all look beautiful and nothing was empty and they even boxed up all the leftovers to take home. They also do concert events and I’m excited to attend one. Definitely recommend ?
