It's Wendy's, what can I say... their food is up to brand quality & our order was correct. I'm not a big Wendy's fan, but my grandkids like them, so every so often we go by & make the kids happy. I know you can all relate to that. I did get a bacon cheeseburger, but I don't like their fries at all, so just the small burger. The kids had chicken nuggets & chicken sandwich meals. They were happy & I didn't have to pay a fortune to feed them all. It was a win-win in the end.Parking: They have their own parking lot, so no issues with parking & they also have plenty of Handicap parking spots.Kid-friendliness: It's fast food, of course, they are kid-friendly. Kid Meals with choices of hamburger, chicken, or nuggets with anything from milk, sodas, to frosties.Wheelchair accessibility: They have Handicap parking, access, & tables in the dining area.

Not quite as good as Anderson but was pretty good... For some they probably wouldn't like it.. burgers were about medium rare. So was still pink inside. Which I like.Fries were really good. Little over salted but good. Wasn't piping hot but was good.Could've used more lettuce and onions but was still good.If I me ever back in Kokomo I'll more than likely go back.Service was good and friendly.

I was disappointed in my fish sandwich and fries. I only got a half a pack of fries. The fish was to thin, over cooked and the tarter sauce was on half of the sandwich, inside and out. It was messy, then dry. Probably won't go back for several more years.Wheelchair accessibility: It is.

They never get your total order correct if you order more than a few items. I think it's that way for a bunch of fast food places but this one on reed road/31, is notorious for missing items or wrongly prepared food.The one on Dixon is perfect every time.
This is the worst place if ever ordered food from, I went 3 time in a row to try to get the same order and they couldn’t get it right one time. The 3rd visit I made to this location they messed up the same sandwich 4 times in a row. Customer service wouldn’t make the situation right and honestly I wouldn’t go back if they did. Worst food experience I’ve had in my life, don’t ever plan on visiting again unless Jesus Christ himself came down and taught those losers who to correctly make an order

Wendy's on 2085 Reed Rd is probably the worst Wendy's in town. I go every morning on my way to work and they always mess something up. "Why go if they're that bad?" It's a better option than McDonald's. The customer service is terrible. I order the same meal each time I go. I know what they can and can't do/won't do. I ordered a pineapple mango tea and was told they can't do that and when I asked why the response was "we only have strawberry lemonade." I know that's false as I get a tea every morning. Secondly, I asked for my meals to be a large and when I received my food my items were the small portion. Just before receiving them, I looked at my receipt and saw that they had rung up order for small and when I mentioned it to the manager he replied "you asked for a small." No, I did not; your meals are automatically small. Why would anyone request a small when it's already small??? So instead of just acknowledging that they messed up, I got gaslighted. Next time I'll drive across town for Wendy's.
