WARNING!This place is one of the worst places you could ever eat. Unfortunately it is relatively close to my house so I have tried and tried to keep going back but today was it!I purchased two large chocolate frosties and when I got around to the window and had already paid they told me they were out of chocolate Frosty. I was informed that it would take 10 minutes and I informed them I didn't have 10 minutes and I wanted my money back. So they put it supposedly back on my card but it has never appeared. I told them it would take forever and they said yeah probably a week or so! I told them I wanted them to give me my money out of the drawer and they refused and when I insisted they said they were going to call the cops. This place is ran by the rudest nastiest looking people in Kokomo. I have finally learned my lesson I will not even so much as turn around in their parking lot ever again. Just stay away from this place, go someplace else but don't go here! It has been years since I've had a really good cheeseburger from this location. Usually they are completely dried out as if they've been waiting for you all day. ,?

Hey fellow kokomoans ,I love my Wendy's on Dixon Road. Very friendly staff. And I swear the fastest drivethru in kokomo. Give them a chance during lunchtime. They will git your order and have you gone on your way in approximately 2 to 3 minutes. I've been through in less time. Great food. They are very respectful and

Hamburger patty was extremely dry and it looked like all the toppings had slid off onto the side of the wrapper more condiments in wrapper then on hamburger. Cold fries. Service not great but ok. Alot of grease could be seen from the counter throughout the walkways thru the kitchen on the floors big globs and hunks under the grills pretty much all the equipment.

The night shift people were so rude and refused to give the whole order even though I tried to explain that I didn't have my whole order. Then told me to call corporate and corporate told me I needed to talk to the manager of the store and it would depend if they gave me a refund back.

First off, I'm not a Wendy's fan, but my grandchildren are, so of course as a good grandma I have to let them have their picks every so often. They, of course, were thrilled, I just got a bacon cheeseburger. It was fine. Folks, this is a fast-food place, I really don't have to tell you all what to expect from a fast-food place. You know about most & in sure what you want to know is if the help is good & the food is decent. Yes, on both counts, so if you're a Wendy's fan, stop in & pay them a visit.
