Went there on several occasions. Food and service always great. Most recent experience was Easter Sunday. Was busy but service and food wasn’t lacking as a result. Highly recommend this local restaurant for a good sit down meal but offers take out as well. Good dessert options as well,

Windmill could be so much better. It tries hard & then, at times, not hard enough. The place is clean & the staff is better than most. They do know what they are doing & are usually timely. I do not care for the bathroom having the article of the women of Kokomo, from Playboy magazine, on its walls. Nothing obscene, or naked, just having it there, at all, really. Windmill isn't a bar. No age restriction. I'm a mature adult & don't care for it, but I can handle it. I am not judging for people liking stuff like that, I understand. But, families, with kids, & teens, frequent Windmill. Why have a context of porn to your establishment? I think it's uncalled for. Where Windmill can shine most is its food. Yet, it's mid. Salads come out browning & wilted. Onion strings come soggy, mushy, & not looking appetizing, or crispy, at all. Don't sit in front of the door in the winter. It's cold, of course, but your food gets cold quick. Having the check-in desk right off the door is a big hassle, too. I do understand, they do what they can with the dining space they have. Drinks are good. Breakfast is best, for me. The food doesn't have a lot of seasoning, My wife likes their steaks. Meatloaf is not bad, can be dry though. Good portions. Will go back. But, don't have to.

the food was good and the service was faat. The staff seemed to get along. was pleased with the experience in general, although there was a job interview happening in the middle of the restaurant while we were eating but it didn't bother us much.

We had breakfast, which was very good. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, & helpful. The restaurant was clean & very visually pleasing. Even though they weren't packed, they were fairly busy, but it still wasn't that noisy in there. Making for a nice breakfast.

This is one of my wife's favorite places to eat in Kokomo. She love's their meatloaf! I've had the Ribs and they are good. We like how they put potato sticks on their salad. Fast and friendly service.

We decided to stop coming here after having take-out orders messed up for nine months straight, alongside my having to wait twenty-five minutes at the window on top of the twenty minutes you have to give for the kitchen to make the food.
