Over a month ago we came here... toaster was not working. No big deal we understand things happen. Today we come, having already placed a mobile order for 6 foot longs! We arrive and the door is locked with a sign on the door stating they will be back in 30 minutes? what the heck. Not knowing what to do, we just called to ask. They stated everything in the store is breaking and they're having a hard time. she also informed us the toaster is not working so our sandwiches could not be made properly. She asked where we were parked saying she would bring it out to us when it was done. This was very kind of her, but in my opinion if you guys do not have the funds to keep the place up and running properly, it needs to just close down. We ordered 45 minutes ago and are still waiting in the car.

They are never open. Can go at 10:30 and still not open. Suppose to open at 10. It's happened several times.

Staff didn't acknowledge me as I entered, didn't greet me and only asked what I was ordering and was generally rude and distracted through interaction. I'd call the manager and complain but I'm pretty sure that's who I delt with.

The workers were great and so was my sandwich. Prices weren't bad, but the older crowd that frequents the place had to loudly talk down about "this damn younger generation" loudly enough for me and my wife and our 3 young kids to hear. So naturally I had to defend them and I yelled at them and there selfish generation for causing so many young screw ups in my "young generation." Don't go unless you want to fight with some Boomer's
