We went on Easter, about 10 of us. We had a reservation, they seated right at the time. Our server was exceptional! She didn't miss a thing. The food was outstanding! Most ordered the Prime Rib & we all got huge cuts cooked to perfection! Well done Heston!

My husband and I were at Heston House tonight for our 28th Anniversary. We orders the prime rib modest and and house cut. We ordered it medium rare and come out very rare for both. It was cold, fatty and very grisly. I was afraid to send it back because I worked in restaurants for many years and I know what can happened. The waitress was very nice and she took my prime rib back to cook more. When she brought it back all the cook did was pour more beef broth over it. It was still cold. This was the worst meal and we spent over $125.00 for this awful food. We are very disappointed and will never go to Heston House again. Very sad because we really love this place.

What a great old school restaurant everyone made us feel we were at their house instead of a restaurant. Then to top it off the drinks were first rate and then came the dinners I don't think you could pick anything that was not great.

Waitress was friendly but service was slow. Had the filet Mignon was cooked well but it was a terrible piece of meat it was mushy had to send it back they apologized and made me a new steak which I took home cuz the rest of my party was done eating. They did give me a free pop and took $5 off my bill.

Heston super club is a five star restaurant. I've never had a bad experience there. We've been going there for 50+ years. I recommend reservations. We got there and decided to go somewhere else. Only because it was close to an hour wait. That's because they're that good. No complaints. We'll go another time,, but with reservations.?

I was the saute chef there for some time...the chef dropped a 44oz cut of primerib, pick it up, dip it in ajuu sauce(not spelled right) and pronounce"we don't waste prime rib around here....so
