Tim is an awful manager. He has absolutely no consideration for his employees or their availability despite clear communication. He interacts with the employees horribly and is out right rude to customers. Work or dine literally anywhere else

my food went out for delivery just a few mins after placing the order. It took the driver 40mins to deliver the small order. not impressed at all!

I work in Laporte, a 5-6 minute drive from the front door of this place. I’ve had to stop ordering from here because it takes nearly an hour to get delivered. By this time my lunch break has passed and I have had to either eat somewhere else spending more money or wait until after work to eat my jimmy johns. Getting delivery from here is an absolute joke. I have never had this issue at any other Jimmy Johns location.

Ordered on the app for pick up. Food was great and ready right away.
I called the store today for a replacement order . Told the guy 3 times I will PICK IT UP at 2:15.Got there at 2:12 & they could not find my order. It was out for DELIVERY - to my OLD address where I haven't lived in over a yr nor is it my most recent address I have used for a delivery order.Everything lately I order from here , it's one thing or other- I usually do online orders and everything I have been missing something - the last time I ordered online I was missing the pickle , time before that I was missing the cookie.I order online bc its fast and easy for me .. but not if I keep missing stuff that I paid for. By the time I can even get to eating my food it's been hrs later and I can't just leave work to get a replacement.Very irritating ?

Have ordered delivery from this establishment several times. I am literally two minutes away. I drove there several times to see how long it takes have never received an order in less than 40 minutes. This is unheard of in the town where I live. If eating in, we order at the register and by the time I make it down to the end of the counter my food is done in Valpo, & if I order delivery ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN, it’s to my home within 12-14 minutes! I work in Laporte and this is just a terribly inefficient establishment. Shocking! The delivery drivers wait to stock pile orders for THEIR convenience, not the customers.
