Tried to dine in tonight. The young black man who was working the counter refused to take our order. He acknowledged us but continued to do other tasks until we gave up and left. While we were waiting to get our order taken we noticed it looked dirty and messy. This location used to be good but has gone downhill.

It really wasn't that good my mother order the big box for 8,99 and when we got home she only had two pc in the box.went back two days later and told them at drive threw and they made it right with me for her so they did do right about it.

I had such a horrible experience at the KFC in La Porte tonight. Not only did I wait over 30 minutes for my 8 pc chicken meal, but even after debating with them over not charging me extra for replacing the 2 wings with 2 legs, I did not get what I asked for after waiting soo...long with the switching of the 2 pieces and the chicken breading and pieces fell apart. Just was not acceptable and they agreed with me about it. Needless to say I did not get a chicken dinner after all of that. Very upset!

Wait in line for 30 mins, then they ask if you want crispy or original, then wait another 15 to 20 mins just to be told when I go to pay there is no crispy, I've tryied to get crispy chicken from there about 3 times and am always told they are out, most disappointing place to try to eat, can't get what ya want and super pricey for never having whats on the menu.

So, I swung by KFC the other day, and it was just okay. The service was a bit slow, and the staff seemed a bit disorganized. It took longer than expected to get my order sorted out, which was a bit frustrating.Also, the place could have been cleaner. It looked like they hadn't cleaned up properly after the lunch rush.

I rarely eat out or get takeout however I do love fried chicken. We got KFC a large family order. The chicken was so disgusting we had to throw it away. It was extremely overcooked and so greasy the grease was oozing out of the bottom of the carton. It was 20 minutes back to the store. I didn’t even bother taking it back figured I’d get more of the same. We had gotten chicken here a little over a year ago as well and it was also disgusting at that time. The breading had fallen off, it was cooked that way and overcooked. We had called at that time they said they took our name but when we went back magically they had no record of it. What happened to old fashioned good customer service?

Half star! Wife and I just went there and paid $24 for a 4 piece chicken dinner and a chicken sandwich combo. We got the meals home and I picked up my box of chicken and it was so greasy, it fell through the bottom of the box into the bag. The batter was still raw on a few of the pieces, nothing had flavor and the only thing foot were the drinks. My wife's fries looked and tasted 2 hours old. The chicken nuggets were as cold as ice. Never again would I go there. I'll take my chicken business to Al's.
Worst customer service, including the manager, so I am not surprised that there aren’t any standards being practiced. The food is below average, and they have no problem being disrespectful to customers if you ask for fresh chicken instead of the soggy chicken that has been sitting under heat lamps for hours. Choose elsewhere to spend your hard -working, earned money.

Firstly I didn’t receive multiple items on my order. I’ll be honest….. I ate most of what I ordered, but just save your money and don’t go here. The chicken tenders I ordered were soggy…. And their gravy doesn’t taste right…. The popcorn chicken in my famous bowl was either:1. Not the right breading?Or2. Overcooked and stiff almost like it was microwaved?I get it. It’s not a Michelin star restaurant but heck the least you could do is cook the chicken long enough or properly lolTLDR; MISSUNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT
