Went through drive thru, I was in a bit of hurry, luckily I checked my bag to see if they earned their $20 an hr,no straw,kinda hard to drink a frappe without a straw,have you ever tipped a shake or frappe up to drink and received the whole thing on your face? What really got me,the person in charge got snarky with me after I told him straws are needed when a drink is ordered, didn't even say sorry for having to get out of my car and go in to get a straw that should have been in my food bag,, I've avoided MacDonald business since they replaced counter workers with kiosks,guess I'll just skip drive thru now,,,,lots of money for all the mistakes

Ordered breakfast on the app. When getting to the drive up to tell them my order number, the lady taking my order seemed upset I was there. Then when I got my food the lady that gave me my food seemed really upset.These two were not happy to see people this morning. Maybe at least hide your annoyance of people coming to your establishment.

Maybe close one of your order lanes if you aren't going to rotate back and forth when one person is taking orders... They were doing this until I pulled up and then completely ignored the drive through lane I was in.. four cars on the other side got their order in before I just left because it was taking way too long.. also this location forgets to give sauces frequently.

Very long waits. I'm almost always asked to pull forward. Very small portion of foods even if I order a large but the prices keep increasing and the mobile coupons are worth less and less.
