Moved to Laporte about 7 months ago and decided to go for a meal with my husband. Went through the drive through to get a big Mac meal ,chocolate shake,2 fish filets and a large fry... Went around dinner time.... No shakes, fries tasted old ,fish sandwich didn't have tarter sauce on it but was in the box, couldn't even eat but half the big Mac as it was dry with a tiny bit of sauce,no pickels and cheese was half way on the sandwich... I will never go back to this restaurant again..Oh and the little girl at the first window had no manners. The guy at the second window as least talked and said have a good night!!!!

I got food on 3/6/2024 around 6:30p:m If I could give it negative star's I would! Food was alright, nothing to brag about. The lady at the first drive thru window nice was nice. Pull up to the second window some young kid pretty much throws the bag at me, I look in the bag of course wrong order so knock on the window and say" Wrong order and you could have said thanks instead throwing the bag at me" so he snags the bag out of my hand throws it on the counter with his little girl attitude and I waited for my right order to come. He hand s to me to me with a attitude again saying nothing and shuts the window so I knock on it and and ask for a manager. She come ups and all I said very politely with a smile " someone needs to talk to him about his attitude " Garbage young generation!

This place and the people that work here are the worst what's so hard about bringing some good customer service go get another job if you don't want to work there they raise your wages up can you get worse service can we please go back to the 90s McDonald's service

I pulled up to the drive thru to order breakfast. Only the automated girl spoke about being a rewards member. Then, it went silent and I waited a min. I had to ask if they were ready. When I was answered to it was like he wasnt even there. I’m not sure what kind of drugs they all be on but wow. This isn’t the first time either. I ordered 4 simple items and they couldn’t even get that right! Then wanted me to pull back around to reorder what they forgot because they are not allowed to take orders at the pick up window. That’s insane! This McDonald’s has gone down hill!

Wanted a shamrock shake with some fries... Two o'clock in the middle of the day and "it's down for cleaning"... What's up with this EVERY WHERE!! Ugh. Ridiculous. Ended up at Culver's with a happy shake and fries.

Service was a little slow, seemed they focused more on pushing their drive through orders out quicker than the counter. BUT they did put EXTRA sauce when we asked for it on our bagel meals, most mcdonald's anymore even with the upcharge and saying that we want extra they never do it, so thank you for putting the EXTRA sauce on. We don't mind how messy they are lol. The dining room for breakfast service was fairly clean. I would say to have someone on counter, when we came in there was a line of like 5 people (which we used the electronic POS system), but if we didn't want to use that system we would have waited in a long line waiting for someone to come up and take the orders, since she was taking the orders and then going and serving the orders as well. When it's busy you've got to keep someone on counter at all times to avoid a line almost out the door. Smaller store which isn't a bad thing. Drive through set up is weird, if someone isn't paying attention whether walking across or the driver, I would be nervous of someone getting hit. We did wait about 10 mins for our food order, but we are patient and waited, others however weren't that were ahead of us.Parking: Be careful with parking with how close the drive thru is to some spots.

Went through the drive thru a little before 1 am on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning (12/27/23). Got cut off while ordering and when we tried to finish, we were told it was already totaled and we’d have to add anything else on at the window. The woman at the first window was very kind and nice. We get to the second window to get our food, and the man handed us a bag and just walked away. We didn’t get one of our sandwiches but didn’t think it was worth it to go back for a McDouble. We then get down the road to realize that the fries are not salted, one McChicken was extremely stale, the other McChicken was spicy (did NOT order spicy) and did not have Mayo, and the McDouble we did receive did not have any toppings on it— just a bun, two patties, and a slice of cheese. Such a poor experience with absolutely nobody in line. This man clearly does not care about the customers nor his job, which makes me sad.
