Hours say open until 9:00 pm, and at 8:40 the employees have the door locked and sweeping the lobby. Did not even attempt to allow customers to come in when they clearly saw us try the door. I could understand if it was understaffed, but with 3 employees in sight, I don't think that was the problem. Just for that reason, definitely will not be back.

Looked like an elementary student constructed and wrapped my sandwich. The least they could've done is include napkins and a fork since most of the sandwich was NOT in the bread. Looks like it was put together and a gorilla squeezed it cause the bread was squished while the contents were out. Also want to mention the sandwich smelled like B.O. which was another turn off.Definitely not worth $12 ... VERY DISAPPOINTED!Vegetarian options: If you're one of those that don't eat meat then just don't order it.

Ordered online and the sandwiches wren’t even close to being made to how I ordered. Called in to complain and there was NO manager on duty to babysit these children who are obviously incompetent and can’t make a simple sub.

It's definitely your typical overpriced sub shop... The meat selections are almost laughable with very little meat on the sandwich, You would have to order two times the for me two even get what you used to on a single sub period all meets were sliced extremely thin and the chicken breast was not actually chicken breast it seemed to be a chopped type item. plenty of vegetable of course comma the bread was mediocre but you could tell it was old. the Lone staff seem to be almost like not wanting to be there all in all by the time was all set and done the sandwich and drink was almost $19 needless to say we told him to keep it and we went someplace else would not recommend this placeVegetarian options: Not many choices here only if you want asub sandwich with nothing but vegetablesParking: Plenty of parking but ease of access to the parking lot is somewhat hampered by narrow entrance and exit ways lead you to the main therafer

Online order. Had the sandwich toasted and extra meat. That didn't happen not toasted and no extra meat. I got the veggies but a soggy sandwich. They did give it extra sauce, didn't ask for that. No tip next time if there is a next time. The one on Pine Lake is better.

Ordered a new speciality sandwich ? I wanted additional peppers and onions, sandwich designer kept telling me not what was on the sandwich, I finally said I'm requesting you to put these on the sandwich. Get to cashier handed $100.00 , as the total $60.00, was told posted on door no large bills. But, this time will take the $100.00. When I left I looked on door it was posted but not large enough that you'd notice.
