Placed an order online the Google app routed me to doordash I asked for 10 traditional wings and I'm pretty sure that's what I ordered with three sauces I chose when I got to restaurant myself and another gentleman waited for maybe 5 minutes before a Hostess acknowledged us and helped us pick up our orders in the meantime I noticed the store had a 99 cent special for traditional wings which was less than what I had paid so I asked about getting the discount for the special and was told that the manager would come and fix it for me but when he came he said he would not fix it because I ordered it through the app and not off their website and furthermore the wings were boneless and I had ordered traditional yet he claimed I had ordered boneless and showed me on the receipt I don't know what happened cuz I know I clicked traditional I asked if he would fix it for me he said he would not so I walked out with my food only to find as I got down the road they had not put the correct sauces on the wings that I had ordered and I did verify the order on the receipt and the sauces did not match the receipt so the food was good for what it was but it wasn't what I ordered and the manager was not willing to lift a finger to help after being told he would help and waiting even longer than I had to in the first place only 2 find out but I had the wrong order for which I overpaid

It's your typical loud wing place with TVs everywhere. We stopped going because of the quality of food and service. One time we walked in and sat at the bar and nobody waited on us after being passed by two bar employees. Ended up leaving. Another time we met family for dinner because their grandkids wanted to eat there and the waitress was a mess. Food coming out at random times for everyone. Had to ask for silverware, extra napkins when apps came. The other time we picked up for family that was in town and part of the order was missing. Should have checked before we left town. Also the food just got too expensive for what you get. Meh in my eyes.

Wife and I ordered some fried shrimp with our wings which wasn’t that bad but upon going home my wife and I had the worst food poisoning we have ever had. We were up all night and I had to call off work for it. I thought I’d call the manager in the morning and give him a courtesy call and let him know what transpired. When he got on the phone I explained who I was and why I was calling. All he had to say was “I’m so sorry.” Then he immediately hung up. I thought I was being nice on the phone but quickly got dismissed and hung up on. That’s why I’m writing this review.

I ordered the new Mac n cheese with grilled chicken. When it came out, the serving looked like an appetizer, not a meal. There was barely any chicken visible on top. Plus, my dish was already cold!I will say that I asked for the Wango sauce instead of the regular sauce. They did give me the correct sauce.

Food was terrible, tasted like it was overcooked and set under a heat lamp for several hours. Sauce wasn't even covering the wings, just on the bottom of the plate. Only positive was the waitress was nice. Tried to contact the owners/management via email with no response.

Finally had some decent wings and fried green beans..yum! My son took to lunch after he picked me up from the airport. We had them hot and fresh. Service was ok..

The better wing stop of La Porte. My only complaint is that there is no host at the front. You have to wait around and hopefully catch the eye of one of the servers, who will seat you after they've helped their existing table. Food is good & service once you've had a seat is good.

I'd give this no stars but I couldn't.I'm only writing for people to be aware of this wings. I'm from the south bend/mishawaka area and have Eaten at many wings across the state for years and have really enjoyed my experiences..Today my girlfriend and I are in laporte visiting family, we currently moved to New Mexico and had a craving for them...so like all the other wings ect I've ate I, I assumed my experience would be just as wonderful. I was sadly mistaken.There was a blonde, younger girl working when we had walked in and from the jump she was extremely rude. She gave attitude because we ordered food right when they had opened(mind you I have 15 plus years of culinary experience), which wasn't our fault..you should be prompt and ready to go as soon as the doors opened and wanted to proceed to make us feel bad about waiting for an order that wasn't ready(it was to go). We had no issues waiting for however long, however her attitude kind of ruined our experience and set the tone for the rest if our morning.We get our food and go home and our order is completely wrong. So at that point I decide to call and atlwast speak to a manager about our experience..well it took about 3 min to even get him on the phone bc I am pretty sure the girl answered the phone and had to give him a play by play from her point of view on how it went. As soon as I started to explain he cut me off and told me WE were rude to her..(he wasn't even present). Needless to say it was a bad experience and please train ur employees to have more respect for their customers and perhaps they should find a new career path. I didn't want a refund or money back or my food to be remade I just simply want her to at least be talked to. I'm not a Karen, I never complain but today's service really upset me. We will never go back to this location again.
