So I'm used to get my dinner at some of the restaurants in the area and used to pass by this place on Sagamore thinking that I might try it one day..I tried it today and OMG! I should have tried it sooner! The food is AMAZING! So delicious..the meat is at exactly the right amount of tenderness..the spices are so tasty and yet it is not hot..the potion is huge and I barely finished half of the half order that I requested.. the place is so beautiful that I regretted taking this to go and the cashier was very nice..I can not wait to go back and try the other dishes..they do offer breakfast lunch and dinner on the menu..I got also the cheese pie which is so tasty..This restaurant is Chicago or Dubai grade and yet it is cheap relatively..

3stars is being nice. Well, menu looks good, but they didn't have most of the items in the menu. They said it's because they moved here recently. But for the food they did have, it was less than average. Maybe it will get better in a few weeks.

It was ok. However beware, the menu that is shown on their FB page is NOT the menu they have now. Far more limited. And very little to drink, no alcohol, no soda, nothing. The food ordered was ok, but not great. My lamb was ok, lots of rice and that is that. Basic. The setting of the restaurant looked like a really old steak house. Our waitress tried her best, seemed overwhelmed.

Their service and crews' behaviors are horrible. I waited 40 minutes for my foods (see the picture). Not only did they not bring my foods (which normally takes 15 minutes to get ready), they also did not apologize for their poor services. Based on my recent visit to Al Madina, I strongly advise against dining at this establishment. The ultra-poor service, unresponsiveness to customer inquiries, and overall negative encounter make it clear that the management and crews are clearly not aware of what they need to do. Please do not waste your time!!!!

I came here back in 2019 or 2020 and was instantly OBSESSED. Then they closed due to the pandemic, and I was constantly checking Google to see if they would open again. Alas, they re-opened! Went there with my husband the day after we found out, and the food and service are just as amazing as before! I love this place and will be yelling it from the rooftops!

I came in based on reviews an proximity to hotel. I can't say I'm disappointed. Food is good and inexpensive for the amount of food you get. I ordered the lamb shank and as a person who loves lamb this came out tender and fall off the bones good. I'm in Lafayette about once a year. I know where I'm eating.

Lafayette needed a great Mediterranean restaurant, and this is it! We heard that Almadina had reopened and decided to try it. The inside decor is nice and the pictures on the walls were so interesting to look at. Let me say that you will never meet friendlier waitstaff!! They were both delightful and engaged with us quite a bit telling us about their families. I am on a strict Keto diet and they made excellent suggestions to fit my needs. I got the Arabic salad with Beef Shawarma on top! It was very good and I added some Yogurt sauce as dressing. My hubby got the Kofte Kebab and loved it! Caution: the Serrano peppers are really hot, but he loved them.We will definitely be back, and maybe next time, we will take pictures of the food before inhaling it! They weren't busy when we went in, but more people had come in by the time we left. Everyone should try out this place!
