While opportunity for our family as we have a big family the server was very apologetic the place was very empty maybe a total of 6 groups in the building most being 2 people as for my family were were a small group of 6 4 kids and. 2 adults waitress took drink orders and it took about 20 mins to receive we then placed our food order we arrived there at 6 il time and didn’t get our food until 7il time me and my wife’s noodles were cold and dry the only warm thing on our plate was the chicken strips we ordered the three cheese chicken strips all the kids food was cold needless to say we will not be going back as food was cold and service was terrible not to mention the bill was over 100 for that kind of cash it should have been piping hot and fresh not dry and cold save your money eat elsewhere sorry for the rant was just irritated about the entire process.
The service was great and the food was excellent. We had 6oz steaks, mashed potatoes, broccoli, and salads. The steak had a delicious garlic-butter sauce.They had music but it was not overly loud. It was easy to converse.We haven't eaten at Applebee's in a long time, and this was a pleasant treat.Parking: Lots of spacesKid-friendliness: They have highchairs.

Was informed of the wait time to be seated and was ok with that. We got seated and our waiter Jason took our drink and appetizer order. Got our drinks and he said he would be right back. We waited 30 minutes and never got our food order taken or our appetizer. He checks on all his tables around us but never us. Finally we asked for our bill and it took him another 15 minutes because he never put our drinks or appetizer in. We paid 11 dollars for three drinks. Will not be going back anytime soon.

I've been to this Applebee's a few times. Their waiters and waitresses seem like they are overworked and underpaid. They are always friendly but everytime we go the waiter or waitress that we had the last time before that didn't work there anymore. It is a little grimy, but what would you expect from carpeted floors. Any food on a skillet will have this weird burt flavor to them. I don't know if they don't wash them properly or if it is sapose to taste like that. But I'm not a fan.Parking: It's in a mall so the parking is based on how busy the mall is. But usually you can get a spot pretty close to the entrance.
Waited over an hour to get our food. It was not busy.
