Big shoutout to Chili's today. We were a large group with a lot of order additions/requests. Our server Kobi did a wonderful job handling everything-I'm sure it wasn't easy. He kept checking on us & even stopped by long after the meal to see if we needed anything before he left for the night. The food was 100% in every way. A few of our family can be very picky but everyone was completely happy. The restaurant was clean, food portions were good & it appeared all the tables around us were pleased with their service too. Been awhile since I've been to Chili's but we plan to be back very soon. A+++

Asked for no mustard but sure enough under the lettuce was mustard.. and then was asked well can we scrape the condiments off and just put a new bun..waitress was great but not her fault.

Time to deep clean this place. Floors and tables are gross. Waited over 45 minutes for our food tonight and there were only a few other customers. They forgot half our food and we never saw a waitress again until she came back with the bill. Love their food but they need to make some changes.
Food is great, and the service is always hit or miss. They're under staffed, so half the time they have 1 server, and it's okay service just need to hire more

I loved it my husband and I shared they also put us in a quiet area where my 9 month old would be more comfortable not around people my son makes alot of noise so we didn't want to bother any
Ate here for Valentine’s Day and had Cheryl as a server and she was phenomenal. If I could go 6 stars on service I would cause she was Johnny on the spot with us and the food came out incredibly fast. We had the fajita trio that had great tender steak and deliciously flavored shrimp. All the staff was super friendly, kept the tables clean, and got finished dishes out of your way. Props the Cheryl and the entire Chili’s crew!!!

Ate in the bar, so the the bartender was our server. She was quick and attentive.We got the $10.99 burget special. Good.
