Disgusted! Got the 6 count roll pack and paid $18.99 only to get home and pull a hair out of the center of a roll. It was in with the cinnamon filling part. No way to enjoy these rolls now. Ewwwww

Customer service was great. But unfortunately my cinnabon was super DOUGHY and undone.

We showed up a few minutes past their closing time, but they still served us and were super friendly. I wouldn’t have been mad if they turned us away, but they didn’t even mention it. I could tell they were working on closing, but the man sat everything down just to serve us. Really friendly people. And this was my first time having Cinnabon, ever. And I loved it. Everything tasted great, and like I said, the service was excellent.
This place has to have the worst management in it's organization. Her employee said I could get "fresh" Cinnabons as part of the BOGO. I even pointed at the fresh ones when I asked about them. I went shopping and when I returned a different clerk didn't even know what I was asking and got the manager. Manager said that was not the case, only the boxed ones. They didn't even sell one while I was gone. Who knows how old those things have been sitting there. Longer story short. The lady needs better management skills and training!
