This was my first experience with D&R catering. I ordered pulled pork, deli sandwiches, fruit salad , salsa and vegetable tray. I should have tasted everything when I picked it up but I didn’t . The pork and the sandwiches were ok but the fruit salad was bad. I had to throw out two bowls, because it had already turned.I called and left a message but have never received any call back.So I would never recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed in the brisket meal. The brisket looks like is was boiled not smoked, very dry, should be grey. The Mac and cheese is runny and very poor quality as well. The potato salad was solid but the last thing I wanted to taste good. Very very poor bbq. I'm she'll shocked that they hold a 4.5 rating because this is less than a 1 start experience and this was ordered at 11:45 (lunch time). All this was $18.10 which is WILD for reheated brisket from earlier this week.

The BEST broasted chicken!!! The sides are amazing as well and very friendly, helpful people! Ordered the broasted chicken for my daughters graduation party. It was delicious but when my husband was picking it up that morning, they could tell he was starving apparently, so they gave him samples of the bbq. That was beyond nice and my husband said it tasted amazing!

Great barbecue. Fresh fish most of the time, expensive but you can get flash frozen halibut and swordfish, which is hard to find.

We utilized D&R Catering For Purdue graduation. While our order was small, we were treated like the most important customer they could have. Jeff was in the kitchen and Maddie at the cash register. We got brisket, pulled pork, and broasted chicken. All of them were absolutely delicious, however, the brisket was above and beyond. We knew we were in for a treat when we walked in because we could smell the brisket. Since we had ordered some broasted items, they actually waited until we came to pick them up to put them in the fryer so that they would be fresh for us And gave us a sampling of the brisket while we waited. Well I have been to the market many times, I am very disappointed that we didn't find out about the catering until graduation. We would have utilized more often. In addition, when we got there, we had forgotten to order baked beans as a side. They pulled an order together for us and were very accommodating. Whether you are feeding eight people or 50 people, I highly recommend their food. It would be great for a tailgate Or just a family get together. Do yourself a favor and try them out, you won't be disappointed!

Finally they let you inside after way too long. They only offer order by phone but never answer. Once this girl answered so rushed and overworked with a mean "yeah" Who doesn't allow in-store order anymore?? Without an option online. And it's true that they are expensive but it doesn't matter if nobody answers the phone. Some of the people at the store are just as unpleasant.
