Had a pizza delivered to a hotel. The dough was paper thin and they definitely didn't add the extra cheese I was charged for. Tater tots were ok.

I ordered a large hand tossed pizza and paid like 15 dollars for it. When I finally got it, the crust was extremely thin and cold too. A Little Caesars pizza it twice as cheaper as a dominoes pizza. SAVE YOUR MONEY

The Domino’s Pizza on 38 in Lafayette IN, has to be the poorest managed store, I have ever seen. Your App sucks. Took my money then a delivery driver calls and tells me I cannot get my order because it’s out of delivery area-Yesterday they delivered fine-Asked for the name of District Manager, or Owner I was told NO. I asked for the store manager I was told he was Busy.. I looked up the owner- We will see if they care!TERRIBLE PLACE!!!

Over the weekend I ordered a pizza and a sprite. The pizza was simply just ok but the kicker for me was I didn't get my sprite. I reported on the app and got a free pizza for the mistake with the sprite. Today I figured I'd cash in the free pizza and there was one guy working behind the counter doing everything. This guy is dominos pizza!!! Best pizza I ever got from dominos EVER made quickly and perfect. 12/4/23 between 2 and 3pm whoever that guy was give him a raise dominos you need that guy and more people like him working ur stores!!! Don't play the game of what u can and can't do give him a GOOD I can live comfortably on this raise and keep him as long as u can he definatly deserves its for the hard work and sacrifices he makes for your store and your company. I worked food management long enough to know what good customer service is and what a good employee is and that guy has got it. If I had 10 employees like him in today's lazy self entitled world I would of never left the food buissness. Thank you to the employee for what you do and I hope to get another pizza made by you in my near future. I told myself before I ordered it would be my last dominos pizza and now because of you I wanna come back. THANK YOU!!! I plan on telling everyone I know about you brother!!!

This has to be the worst Dominos in the company. The website says they deliver to our location. Now they decide they won’t deliver here even though the website says they will. When we asked to talk to the Owner they said they can’t give out the number. They also wouldn’t give us any managers number. We expect a response to this review or we willl reach out to Corporate Dominos to discuss.
