Not actually frozen, but thinner and drier crust (not a bad thing)It’s like the pizza of my childhood. It is perfectly reasonable, tasty, inexpensive pizza, and perfect stop on your supercharger journey. My son loved it.They should lean into the Fox mascot and make this a more kid focused spot! Cool logo.

Ordered a large pizza for takeout via the website. Took me minute to navigate and getting to order. Asked to tip online, and then again when picking up the pizza, AT A DRIVE THRU! Such aggressive tip ask, for an order that I am picking up myself.Ate the pizza, was absolutely bland, even after adding my own seasonings.It was a bad Friday dinner.

Great pizza, I started out with delivery and they were great. Then got told by a woman that they didn't deliver to me... So got fired so they started to deliver to me again. Thank you for recognizing the problem and fixing the issue. Regardless of the ex employee the rest of the staff has always been great to me and my son even wanted to call and tell the manager how great the food was.. he is only 7 and he called to tell the manager that. Keep up the good work!

I moved here from a big east coast city. I grew up eating authentic Italian pizza and stromboli. Honestly, the food is the only thing I miss from home. I don't eat out much anymore. However, Fox Den is probably the closest to a real stromboli,particularly the steak stromboli. Plenty of meat, onions, peppers, just like home! I definitely recommend. Also, great service and location.Parking: Good location,,plenty parking

Philly steak cheese pizza...only thing I can say....to die for!!!! Service was ok didn't seem happy to wait on us but that ok...everybody has an off day. But the food omg!!!
I met the owner before.... He told me how he had a Fox's pizza in the neighborhood in Pennsylvania when he was a kid and so he decided to open one here. Just a super nice guy.Unfortunately, there's normally a middle-aged woman running the cash register and 'welcoming' guests into the restaurant. Never once cracked a smile or showed any emotion other than general annoyance.I asked for one pizza with light sauce and one regular. When the pizzas arrived, I asked her which one had like a sauce, she just said, ' I don't know maybe it's that one'. Wasn't at all concerned about providing good customer service. Honestly, that ruins the whole experience for me. Not sure I'll go back, I'll just give my kids $ to go get their own. Just horrible customer service. The young gentleman that worked there all seem very friendly and helpful. She's not.

We were passing through on a road trip, the lady at the front desk got very mad that I filled up my water bottle with water from their machine. She was very rude to us, had an attitude and basically told us to leave. The restaurant didn’t seem very kid friendly. They seemed ticked that my kids were making noise and the same woman seemed annoyed that my husband took a long time to order. Food was decent. Overall I wouldn’t suggest dining in as the lady is just rude.

Veggie sandwich: got raw chopped- up mushrooms, few pieces of chopped green peppers, big slices of onion and one slice of woody, white inside tomato. Terrible. Pizza: as if it went through a toaster instead of pizza oven. Cooked in low temp for too long. Crust was like a soggy flat pancake. Sausage not fresh but processed, industrial chunks, precooked and reheated.

Finally decided to give this place a try, but it's the first and last time I'm coming. Ordered a pizza for pickup and was asked to sign the receipt by the lady working the counter. Pretty normal stuff, until I handed it back and was met with the nastiest smirk and most sarcastic "thaaanks" I've heard in my life. I'm not tipping for coming to your place of business to pick up my pizza. For delivery, yes. Dining in, sure. Pick up, no. If you want to be mad at someone, take it up with the person paying your wage, not the customer.Just a terrible customer experience. If the lady who I encountered was the manager, then I feel bad for the people who work underneath her. I'd love to say it was an off night for her, but that's a reaction from someone who rubs people the wrong way regularly. Pizza was a 3/10. Cook the cheese longer. Nothing about this place is worth visiting. To the owner, get the right people to work in your store. It's costing you business.

The lady who was running the place this evening was extremely rude. I had asked for delivery but went to pick up because it was going to be an hour and a half. I was not angry. I just went to pick it up myself. I had called to say I would pick it up. When I arrived she basically said I have nothing for you.
