Always live swinging by a Golden Corral when I'm in the area, as we don't have them where I'm at. Food was hot and fresh, plates were clean, the waiter in my area was super nice and on it, old plates disappeared before I got back with my next one, and drink was always topped off. Nothing but good things to say about this location! Would be cool if they brought the chocolate fountain back, but I understand why it went away in the first place. Would definitely swing by again next time I'm in the area!

We were there on Monday April8 around 4pm... The food was bad ...it felt wewere eating the food prepared in the moning(ie. torillas were so soggy they were falling appart). Food on the floor. The worst GC I've been to.

The food was bland and not worthwhile along with being disappointing. The bathroom was literally falling apart and service was close to nonexistant. Our server left after checking on us twice, and no one got us new drinks after that. We are not coming back here and this actually ruined Golden Corral for us in general. We've been going to these restaurants for a long time now and this ruined all of them for us which is saying something.

I had to leave 1 star and the rating deserves a big fat 0 My husband and I came for dinner not only did they over charge my card and stole from us I tried resolving the issue with management that was not apologetic at all just a very low energy tone to call back tomorrow when management comes....I just don't understand I thought she was management the lady I spoke to about this needs to be crew and handle trays because she's not capable of handling THEFT not even apologize for employees again stealing from us after serving food I would not have fed my dog this place has went down the drain now they have trained and upgraded criminal cashiers to take there own extra buck...WATCH YOUR CARD

5 stars for our server as she was TOP notch. I haven’t had service like hers in a LONG time. 0 stars for the food. Everything was bland/cold and not much variety. We drove over a hour to come here because my son enjoys the desserts and BOTH ice cream machines are out of order and the chocolate fountain is gone. Sad how down hill Golden Corral has went and explains why majority have closed. This one will be next.

The food and service was great! The kitchen manager named Jeffry kept the food fresh, all the buffet was clean and orderly. He made sure all of our preferences were taken into account when we went to the grill to get meat selections. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend Lafayette Indiana Golden Corral location!
Food is standard fare for a Golden Corral. The servers do a great job, however when you go to get ham or anything that a grill cook has to cook to order like steak, you are lucky to find anyone who will help. Coming in on the not so busy hours, it seems that food is not rotated or otherwise replaced with fresh food, so it is a common occurrence to end up with food that is old, dried out, or otherwise making you wish you had spent your money at McDonald's instead.

Me and my family just went early today and are server was great but we all ate different things and we all felt like we was going to get sick and we barely ate anything and on top of it all the manager on shift was cleaning the glass with the spray near the food like right on top of the food was not the best experience at all for any of us
