I wish this place had a good place to sit. Only two small tables . The lady making the food was very nice . My husband heard from Co- workers how good the pizza is ! They are right ! We live an hour away and having a nice place to eat would be great !

I always order Jets faithfully and have never had an issue with then until today. I placed an order online for delivery at 5:30pm on 1/20/2024 to the Lafayette Public Safety Center. There are instructions that state exactly what to do and where to leave my item. At 7pm I call requesting an ETA and aa told it is heading to me now. At 7:49pm, still no food. The driver took it back to the store because there was no place to leave the food. Instructions again were completely ignored. This was a $40 order. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days to receive my refund.

I moved here from Chicago in 2014.I’m Italian and very picky about pizza.I never would order pizza from a franchise place when I lived in Chicago.After moving here I was in pizza withdrawal. Until Jets. I love their Detroit style pizza. Thank you jets for making me happy and hungry ?

The pizza is always good, but staff doesn’t never welcomes or thanks you when picking order up. Coupons by Jets in mail are always an issue. I used the 3 toppings for $13.99 after calling (issues online taking) and was told it was their system. When arriving, I was charged $14.99 and questioned, the answer was discount wouldn’t work, but the $14.99 took so I still got a discount? ? If Jets is going to offer coupons in Lafayette’s mail, they should take. Again, pizza good, but frustrated at staff.
