The food was horrible you ask for a chicken wing might as well go to Mcdonald's and get a chicken nugget it is the same you get more meat from Mcdonald's.

I haven't been to a KFC to eat in for some time, but if you are going to make people pay at the counter with cash, having a kiosk to order on is counterproductive. I stood there for quite a while before anyone ever noticed I was there to pay. The employee seemed put out by it, and I had ordered it to eat in, but it was bagged up as if I ordered it to go. The chicken is still tasty, but the minimal amount of mashed potatoes was not that great. Plus, the music was way too loud, too. The price was reasonable, though, which was nice.

Wasted almost half my lunch break to come get this for lunch.I ordered two items, one of which was correct.Ordered an extra crispy leg, she said over the intercom, “A leg?” I said yes please.So there, it was repeated. My total was unusually high so when I get to the window and am asked if I’d like my receipt I again said “Yes please”. My food was shoved at me and I was told to have a great day, no receipt. I don’t have time to complain and wait for them to come back and ask for it so whatever, I drive back to work to eat.I received and paid for an overcooked breast, made of nothing but bone and breading. If it were edible I wouldn’t complain. I also received an extra side I didn’t ask for. So who knows really how much I paid for what I didn’t ask for. Won’t be back as a two item order is apparently too much to comprehend. Christ.

Staff is very polite. Had a hard time finding a place to sit though, due to the fact that there were cleaning supplies (mop, bucket, etc) on 2 of the booths and on the other booth were dead flies. This is a food establishment, the customers should not be looking at flies while they are eating! Totally gross!

Went on a Monday evening. There were no customers inside. Placed our order which consisted of 2 adults and 2 kids. It was quite a wait which seemed unnecessary considering it was full staffed, drive thru had 2 cars and 1 Uber eats which was already ready to be picked up. Staff ignored us. Food was good and nothing was forgotten.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible and plenty of room to maneuver and can dine in.

I arrived in the drive thru just after they opened and I ordered a Famous Bowl and 2 biscuits with honey and butter. They had my food ready for me almost instantly and it was hot and delicious! My only complaint is that they only have me one honey and one butter for two biscuits when I feel like they should have given me at least two of each so I could have one of each for each biscuit..

They did everyone in the drive thru first, and they became very busy. I had to wait at least 15 to 20 min to get my food, but I'm not sure because I had to serve myself on the kiosk. So i had no receipt. They really have to improve to get my self-service again?.food was old, not fresh, for waiting as long as i did.

Went through the drive through! Worst chicken I ever had! Breasts were tiny and tasted like they had been laying in the warmer for hours. I had extra crispy and hubby had original, they were both bad! Not the first time I had that experience at this location! $30 and we’re still hungry! Sorry, not sorry I won’t go back!
