Love little Caesars pizza more than any other pizza. Good prices, quality, and prices ?. Their wings are also pretty good. The atmosphere is pretty calm, not too loud.

Sadly 1 of worst locations (9th street South Lafayette) and not getting better... I get being short handed but customer service is severely lacking. My last order took 30 minutes over promise time and it was just sitting on the back counter. Sadly it was colder than expected when I got it home (1 mile from store) or I would've asked for a new one. Do better ?♀️

This location use to be our go to location and we would pickup almost weekly. It used to be very quick and friendly, but things have changed.Last night we order just a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread on the app. When I arrived, the lobby was packed and they were not taking any in person orders. Some people had been waiting close to an hour and a half past the time the app said their order was ready. Pizzas kept coming out of the oven, but they were not being brought to the front and just left in boxes on the counter. At one point I counted 30 pizzas boxed but not in warmers. On top of the 30 on the counter, there were probably 15 in the warmers but not getting handed out. In the hour I was waiting at the store, it is not an exaggeration to say only 10 pizzas went out the door. It had gotten so bad that some of us in the lobby offered to help get pizzas out.During the whole time, there were no apologies, explanations for why it took so long, or offers to rectify the situation. The kicker of it all was once we got our pizza and crazy bread, the pizza was cold and crazy bread was hard and over cooked. We will drive the extra distance to go to a different Little Caesar’s store from now on.

Ordered 2 pizzas waited almost 2 hours with no communication.
It's Friday evening, around 5:30. They are very busy. It's easy to see they are busy. I stood in the lobby for 20 minutes while employees walked by me. Not one word was said to me or the other 3-5 people also in the lobby. People kept leaving and others taking their place. I tried to ask the lady boxing pizza if anyone was going to take our order, she looked at me and kept doing what she was doing, didn't say a word to me.I don't mind waiting, but the total disrespect was just too much. I was told by another customer the guy with the long hair was the manager, I tried to speak to him and got the same response as the other employee. He looked at me, didn't say a word and kept talking. It was by far the worst customer service Ive ever receive. Someone in upper management needs to check this location.

I ordered one pizza and a calzone and crazy bread. stopd there for over 50 minutes. they had multiple customers trying to get the attention of the staff and we were straight ignored everyone . literally thought ppl were about to riot in there . they need better staff and more staff clearly. get it together!! won't every go back to this one !!
