Every time my family goes to this McDonald’s something missing out of the bag or either the food is Cold they have very bad customer service this is an every time experience I’m done with McDonald’s!!!!

when we wait for fresh fries thays extra time to make sure the order is correct and when ordering a 10pc nugget meal with extra sauce and you guys dnt put sauce in the bag that's sad. like what are you guys doing with ur life just standing there and waiting. all fast food employees are like we need a raise we need to make more money. you have to be able to do the job 1st to get a raise. for other big companies we don't do our job we get fired with our so called decent pay

This location is consistently slow. Ordering through the app for curbside pickup, during a non-rush time of day shouldn’t take 30 minutes before it’s brought out. If it does, it should at least be fresh and taste good, but it does not. 0/10.

It was terrible first they were not very friendly, they didn’t ask me if I was using the mobile app then they pulled me up… I got my food cheaked to see I was missing a sandwich so I cheaked the receipt noticed they didn’t even ring it up so I went back around and orderd 2 more bc I decided I wanted an extra one . I did not cheak all the details of the receipt until I got home bc some of my sandwiches were not right. They put ketchup on 3 sandwiches that they were not supposed to and all the meat was very old

Let me start off by saying the food is great ?. The fries are salted just right. The place looks clean, friendly employees. Had to give the service a 4 star ? because I told the cashier that I don't want any cheese on my order. So whoever made my sandwich couldn't either read or follow directions. I am lactose, that's why I didn't want any cheese.

01/18/24- We used the app on the drive thru. The young lady working at 8:30pm was friendly. The young man who handed us our food made sure we had all our Happy meals, napkins, drinks and straws.Kid-friendliness: The Happy Meal offers different combos for kids of all ages. It depends on how much your child can eat.

Fast food? ??? Not at all!! Almost 20 minutes to get our food! Where to sit? O look all of the empty tables, they are dirty! This place is filthy! Employees act like they are fulfilling a community service sentence. They really seem not to care at all. Very slow, very dirty, very disappointing.
