This place saved a very bad day, I left chilis before even receiving my food due to rude service. We decided to go to O’charleys and they did not disappoint at all. The server Hailee was an amazing and caring individual who made our day go much better. The food was amazing, the staff was amazing, and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. Thank you so much for shining a little light on a dark day.

This place has really gone downhill. We went with four people on a Sunday. The host barely acknowledged us, and it took forever to get our drinks and food. The waiter and staff were almost non-existent and seemed to be a mess. We did get one apology for the food taking so long. We are patient people and almost walked out before the drinks came as it took ages. Several other tables did just leave. Food was fine when it finally came, but portion sizes have definitely decreased as well.

Our server Julie V. was absolutely AMAZING! Very bubbly personality and came back several times for refills and to make sure our food was good without waving her down. She had several tables and NEVER missed a thing, she is a true hustler.

Just had dinner there. Service was fine, no issues there.I got fish and chips. Hot and tasty but not even close to being worth 12.99. A small amount of fries and 3 small pieces of cod. Wife got fried chicken salad. Hardly any chicken on it. Wilted lettuce and old looking tomatoes. Asked server if they were reducing portion sizes and she said yes, you only get two tenders cut up. 12.99 for the fried chicken salad.Honestly not going back. This location used to be a go to for our family but if your going to serve such small portions then reduce the price. Not even close to being worth what we paid.Again, the server was fine, no issues with her.

Not the ocharleys it once was. Substituted soup for salad without contacting me. Forgot the mashed potatoes. The $13 chicken dinner is apparently a 5oz piece of chicken before cooking, leaving you with a piece of chicken the size of a silver dollar. Manager was very rude when contacted.UPDATE: Returned to try once more, 9pm on a Friday night. Not one soul in site. No employees, no customers. Received my steak that should have been cooked to medium and it was blue rare. Ice cold in the middle.

I went to this O'charley's by the mall in Lafayette for the first time in several years. It was exactly 1 hr before closing and knew I was taking a gamble on possibly getting poor quality in food. I ordered the chicken fingers n' fries and a long Island. The waitress was sweet who also made my drink and was pretty good. The complimentary rolls were fresh and fries were as well. The chicken however was dried out and tough and only ate bits and pieces off them. I told the waitress and she said the manager took the chicken off the bill but actually only took off 25% of just the chicken/fries. So I ended up paying (with a 3 dollar tip) over 24 dollars for a drink, fries, and the chicken that I barely touched. I'm sure I would have had better luck going when they were busier, but pretty sure I won't be returning. It's Lafayette and theres much better choices for that amount of money spent.

This is the best service I have received at any restaurant in a long time. Rashad was amazing. Very friendly, smiled and made sure we had everything we needed and didn't run out. The food was amazing. The entire experience was great. We will definitely be back!

Eh. Bread was only good part of the meal. Started out without a hello greeting and a “go this way “ lackluster seating process.Salmon was over salted and asparagus was burned. Place was empty on a Tuesday at 6pm. Will not be returning

Overall a bad experience. Won’t be back. Too bad as this has always been a good chain restaurant. But this location is not No fretting when we entered. Burned food. Over seasoned salmon. The place was empty at 6pm dinner time.

Shannell was a great waitress. Very attentive! We also listened to her talk to another table with an elderly woman and explain the items she was ordering because she was hard of hearing. She is also a bartender. Great job Shannell.

What a phenomenal group of people that are working at this facility in Lafayette Indiana. There’s been some drastic changes for the positive as we have seen over the year! Ro is doing a marvelous job! And Tina that works around the bar is SO NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Gotta give a shout out to our waitress I believe her name was Casey, extremely professional, kind, and definitely dedicated to her job. There were a couple things that happened that she went above and beyond on definitely wish there were more servers like her in the industry. If you see this thank you again for being so awesome our family really appreciates it.

Atmosphere was quiet but it was middle of the week late lunch.Service was......... Eh. Not great. The waitress switched our bill with another table and didn't really pay attention to us.Food was pretty good, not fresh but not three days old or raw.... I use to love their family chicken strip meal and chicken strip salad. Chicken strips were not very meaty. Is that a word?

We really were pretty disappointed in this visit to this restaurant as it has gone downhill the past year or 2. We have eaten here dozens of times in the past and always enjoyed the food and service and the fair prices .. but not anymore... the food quality has gone down while the prices have gone up ... way up. Apparently we aren't the only ones who feel like this because there were just a handful of people in there when we visited on an early Sunday evening after a Purdue home basketball game. In previous years you would have had to wait to get a table but not anymore. It's kind of sad really because it feels like this restaurant's days are numbered ☹️. I do want to say that our server did a great job .. no problem there (except for the long time to get our food but I am pretty sure that was the kitchen's fault and not hers). I know restaurants have struggled trying to recover from the pandemic and the high inflation (thanks Biden ?) but lowering food quality and raising prices excessively is NOT the answer.
