Ordered through prime grub hub and the charged me a delivery fee and I only got part of an order I will never use them again, what did com was a tiny portion and I was charged $20

Extremely expensive and short changed, the staff managed to push a couple protein nuggets to top the kid sized sides of both my adult plates and surprised both my buddy and I with a diet time calorie deficit compared to the campus Panda. I was caught short on my appetize to see with the small up charge for my shrimp, beef, and pumpkin dessert roll that the bill jumped over the twenty dollar bill. This has become an unfortunate trend in seemingly all fast casual dining. A real pity too, with this bright Panda atmosphere, enjoyable dining room, perfect location, and large menu treating both gluten and dairy free needs. The staff was positive, our food was made right, a little wait for the pumpkin pie rolls ensured they were fresh, but again portions so tiny. The chili shrimp was rather boring, expected good heat but nope, not worth the eleven dollars. Those Baby sized dessert sticks are two bucks each, difficult to drop this sort of money for lunch on just myself when Outback, Chili's, and many other excellent local spots offer more value, options, and no compromises. The final nail for me is leftovers. I saved a bit of rice and shrimp for the following day's lunch however not recommended! The rice was dull and dry, shrimp shrunken and lacking any flavors. Maybe I'll try this location again once they've gotten the system down, match Purdue's sizes, and the global economy collapses forcing prices within reach.

i was sitting across the store minding my business when i hear laughter and “look at her socks” , the mall was empty at the time so it was very loud and i turn around and see the only person they can be talking about is me. I have spider-man socks on with crocs. we moved places because i felt uncomfortable ,then we see a guy confronting them about their food or something , we decided to leave but overall felt extremely judged by the staff , would never come again.
- Small serving sizes compared to any other Panda Express. Ordering a bigger plate to-go should not mean that you get smaller scoops of chicken with your meal…- Fix the app, if it’s going to take 45 mins to complete the order, the app shouldn’t say it will only take 15-20 mins. I shouldn’t have to stand there for 15 mins, watching people ordering in-store receive their food faster than I did by mobile ordering. I was not the only person who had this issue.

We ordered from here 4 times now. 2 of those times we used the, buy one bowl get one free, coupon.The rice is tasteless. (10-23-23 it’s still tasteless)Carrots in rice were crunchy.Lo Mein is also tasteless.Both rice and Lo Mein are heavy on the veggiesThe main entree is flavorful, hot, and freshQuantity: 4 pieces of orange chicken in each bowl.Ragoon: Hot, fresh, and crispy!We have only used the drive through.Customer service: The cashier barely spoke to us. Order taker was took our order, no extra questions or offerings.I recommend the mall location until the 26 location is a bit more seasoned.

My boyfriend and I were in the line for 30 minutes with only 4 people ahead of us. Tell me how it takes 30 minutes for us to get our food. Staff was goofing around and not taking orders. Worst experience at Panda Express ever. If there’s a line, you shouldn’t be goofing around. I thought everyone knew that, but I guess some people don’t.

Went to Panda on SR 26 Lafayette, Indiana last night and the music was so loud, we turned around and left. I couldn't hear the cashier and she couldn't hear me. TURN DOWN THE DAM MUSIC.
