We come to the one on 26 in Lafayette from Kokomo. The food is fresh and delicious and nobody has messed up our orders. Food is not very fresh at the one in Kokomo and orders have been wrong several times.

this restaurant has something against handicap people the lady in the drive thru was rude to me for coming thru the drive thru to pick up my order there not the only Asian restaurant in Lafayette and not the best either there gonna upset the wrong person someday and get sued i am turning them into the better business burro for this stunt of rudeness towards the handicap

We called in a huge catering order at 11 am. The manager made sure to get us our food within an hour even through lunch rush. The food and the staff were outstanding. The store is clean and the atmosphere was wonderful. If I could I’d give a 10 star!!

If you order pick-up, MAKE SURE YOU GO INSIDE. I've been sitting in the drive thru line for 20, going on 30 minutes. Such a waste of the time I was trying to save by ordering online. They do not ask the people in front to pull up or anything and it is impossible to leave the line once you're in it. Extremely frustrating and the food is cold by the time you get it.

This is quite possibly the worst location panda express could have chosen in town probably the reason why the Failed an abandoned Chinese restaurant sat in that very location vacant for over 10 years.. maybe due to the fact, there is no stoplight, and it is a clear and present danger zone to even enter, if coming from eastbound lane .The parking lot design is frustrating and cumbersome. Don’t enter the drive-through or you’re trapped, even if you’re not there for that. The sign poles designating online pick up have been torn down and are now residing in the dumpster area. But the overall worst part of this New store is the old Tippecanoe Mall store is no longer taking online orders.Parking: Dangerous

The service here is just terrible, not the first time but this last visit I came in I was standing up front for a good few mins (only person in line btw) and could not get anyone to take my order, let alone acknowledge me saying someone would be right with me etc even though they all kept looking at me. I’ve been here when it’s stupid busy and get greeted and taken care of no problem, there’s absolutely no excuse for straight up ignoring customers and then full on shoving the food at them at the end. If you hate your jobs that much find other ones.

This place was not well taken care of: the tables were filthy we had to clean it off to have a place to sit down. The “man” that seemed to be the manager spent to much time talking and “shooting the breeze” with his employees. The employees were not friendly either. I asked for a bag and a couple of sauces to take food to go and she didn’t even look up at me. You could not even place your trash in the trash bin because it was over flowing. It was just a great disappointment! I hope whomever owes this store doesn’t plan to be in business long or either gets better help. We had gone to the Panda express in Harrisonburg, PA and it was awesome. So clean and so efficient and so well maintained.
