I have to say this place was kind of a joke. I went to order and ask the girl at the counter what the difference was with the new Mediterranean bowl and she’s just shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t know and then didn’t bothered asking anybody. So then I tried to order something else, but they had no bread! Panera bread had no bread! And then, when I asked if she was serious, she held out her hand like Vanna White, and said we only have bagels as you can clearly see. She was rude before that too. Won’t stop back here again!

Twice came before 8.00 am , no bagels, none. So my question, what the point even to have this facility, if no bagels by early morning. Bake more, so would last till noon or so, or close the place down.

Absolutely LOVE Panera Bread and that is where I wanted to go for my early birthday lunch. The you pick 2 is even still to much for me to eat in 1 sitting. I always get the broccoli cheddar soup w/baguette and bacon turkey bravo sandwhich for the you pick 2. We love the location in Lafayette that is not to far from Interstate 65. They have a wonderful lady that does the cleaning (cleaning up tables and garbage. She is so attentive to every detail and when you need anything she is right there when ever you need something. Spilled our drink and we started cleaning it up and she rushed over and said no let me clean it up that is my job. I have no clue who she is but she has shorter dark hair. She is amazing and needs a raise! She is so sweet and kind. We seriously just love her!Vegetarian options: I am not vegitarian but noticed they did offer that plus some souos and salads would be as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Right by entrance.

That farrah girl was the sweetest and helped me choose what to get to bite. i was in a bit of a pickle and didn't what to eat. she suggested the BLT. i got home and destroyed my sandwich. it was the Best sandwich i've ever had. she needs a RAISE FR.
I ordered a bowl of chicken soup and there was about 3 noodles and a tiny piece of chicken. They gave me just broth and I had to get a new bowl. They fixed it and I ate and had extra broth to take home. So that worked out :) Perspective!!Parking: Plenty of parking in an open lotKid-friendliness: Great little nook in the back by the fireplace for the kiddos to run aroundWheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair will definitely fit. And plenty of seating for it.

went in for coffee. went to bathroom..women’s..a hot mess at 3:45 pm. sheesh.. no toilet paper, paper towels all over the floor,,wet n dry, trash overflowing.order coffee, get coffee.. no half n half, no 2% , no one at counter so left themAt least the coffee was hot.How disappointing. that’s a management FAIL.

CATERING! we are located a mile away but unable to order any catering. I have called in orders many times, and overall everything is great, from ordering to delivery. However, I have an unlimited budget to order catering for out team, this averages about $1500. I don't have time to call it in, and they don't always answer or even have an idea that I have ordered several times. We are in our Peak season, I order food in 3x per week at an average o f $2K. Looks like Panera doesn't need by $2k or should I say $6,000 as I would order from them 3 -4 x a week. McCallister's deli thank you for picking up the slack!! Great Service and food 5 STARS

Food is really good but I’m a vegetarian. I asked for a veggie sandwich and they gave me steak. The time before I asked for veggie soup and they gave me French onion… beef soup. The people seem really distracted
