Last time I went with 2 others we waited at our table. We could hear 3 people in the kitchen area talking and laughing but no one came out to get our order. We were the only 3 in there. We got up and left. Not going back.

I sent a complaint about the quality of Pizza Kings pizza, sun and Stromboli a few weeks ago and never heard back from the management. I ordered a deluxe 16 inch pizza well done full Submarine and Stromboli well done. I picked it up to take home. There was very little toppings the crust was not baked well done and was not baked completely and cheese was not melted. The sub and Strom had very little meat and the was not melted at all. Worst pizza and sandwiches I have ever purchased for $52.00. I guess this happens when high school children work without adult supervision. I would not suggest to anyone to go there. Next pizza and sandwiches I will order from Arnis on 350 as I have in the past. I would have rated your products negative 5. Steve Benner

I absolutely love Pizza King, and love visiting when I'm in Lafayette. This location was a throwback to my childhood, with the TVs in the booth and ordering on the intercoms. We dinned in and ordered the barbecue pizza. It was delicious, and just like I remembered! You also can't beat their cheese pizza or the sausage pepperoni!!

I went 30 mins out of my way to go to this location. I live in Northwest Indiana with a 2 hr drive home & there are no Pizza Kings near me. We arrived about 8:10 & the dining room was already closed. We got turned away. Even tho they don't close until 9 & no where do they have posted that the dining room closes earlier than the restaurant. So heads up. Do not go there after 8pm expecting to dine in. I definitely will not be going back.

The taco salad had maybe a tablespoon of taco meat on it, chips both on the bottom and around the sides of the salad bowl, once delivered the chips were soggy. Suggest the chips be packaged separately, and add more meat, the flavor was good but there was no options to add more taco meat on the site so I choose not to reorder.

Surprised to see the bad ratings on yelp for pizza King and maybe they just speak to this location. I left Purdue in 1988 and I have visited this pizza king every time I come to town to see my family. This is true of all my brothers and sisters as well, they have always been consistent with both the pizza, sandwiches, and salads, Grew up on Arnies pizza, but find this Pizza King Location a great substitute. Having said that, I've never actually sat down and ate in the location. We always get carry out. Can't say enough about that consistent product.

First impressions we weren't sure they were open the entry was so dark. But we walked in to a time warp! I love the old school booths. We love pizza king in Evansville so we wanted to see how this location measures up. The drinks are self serve except for tea. And they have the good nugget ice so I'm already a fan. You seat yourself and order from your table via a push button on the wall. The speakers are kinda outdated and not so clear to hear. The 13" tvs in the wall with a pay to watch option is a bit nostalgic. They don't work but it definitely takes you back! I ordered the lunch special #3 which is 1/2 Stromboli and a salad with a drink for $8.99. Not a bad price these days! The salad was cold, crisp, fresh and the ranch was good. The tea was good as well. The Stromboli flavor was just like we remembered. Our only complaint would be to toast it a little bit more. The atmosphere was quiet and not a lot of dine in customers. All in all we enjoyed our meal and would return. If I could give half stars I'd give it a solid 3.5. Please clean the restroom and replace that rusty vent cover.

One of the most expensive traditional pizza restaurants but those who love it will always go back. Not much for atmosphere and the service can be hit or miss.

Place a Grubhub order got everything from them okay. My sandwich had no cheese and I asked for extra onion and paid for it but had maybe 2 little pieces. Was very disappointed this

Pizza King is hands down my all time favorite restaurant in Lafayette and it is a must go to every time I'm back in town. No matter what you order, it's delicious and everyone working is so nice... Always has a smile on their faces.
