For local, non-chain pizza, Magoo's is possibly the best. I typically do not like pizza, yet Magoo's is one I actually crave from time to time. Lots of toppings to choose from. The sauce is tasty, and they use the perfect amount. They also use a bunch of cheese. The star, however, is the crust; it's flavorful, crispy, and yet still tender. I assume it's the same dough as is used for the breadsticks because they are very good as well and the cheese dip is also very good.

First time visiting. Small typical corner bar, but the Chicago style deep dish pizza was good and Detroit style looked good as well. Cheese sticks are pizza style and good.
