The lady forgot my bacon on my sub and doubled down saying she put it under the veggies (which doesn’t make sense because I didn’t have my veggies toasted and then the bread was wrong too. So I just got screwed out of getting my sandwich the way I ordered and get nothing for it… cool

Ordered a footlong steak and cheese and had NO MEAT on the sub. My daughter ordered a sandwich and got no lettuce even when she ordered extra lettuce. Delivery was smooth though. Worst experience ever! Last time they put onions and green peppers when I specifically asked for none. When we called the lady who "made" the sandwiches started to argue with us and said it was Door Dash's fault. It was clearly not. IMO this is NO way to serve your customers. Customers beware.

The manager Gavin made my online order wrong, and refused to correct the situation or refund me my money. I talk to the Subway office ,and they suck to.. I will never spend any money with subway ever again. Rude and disrespectful people..

Service was s*** honestly, the young lately kept asking me to repeat myself, which is extremely uncomfortable for me even amongst friends, it's rude and annoying. The sandwich I ordered was the Mexicali. Rotisserie chicken, 2x pepper Jack, lettuce, onion, tomato, and smashed avocados. I replaced the onion with cucumber and had it topped with pepper and chipotle southwest. I sat down and began eating, made it about halfway through and I noticed the next bite had something black on it and low and behold a dead fly was put on my sandwich from the lettuce they were using.

12/5/22 Came in 2 minutes before closing because, Burger King right next door, forgot my cookies in my order. So I quickly drive over there to get 2 cookies, and the young lady who helped me, gave me the rest of the cookies because she was gonna have to throw them out! 10/10 will come back and pay for food lol.

We always stay to eat because its usually quiet, clean ,well stocked , friendly staff . and saw a recant sign that take coupons now .Vegetarian options: New at veggie subs with lots of condiment optionsKid-friendliness: They have kid mealsParking: Nice big parking lot on either sideWheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp inside easy in and outDietary restrictions: They have plenty of options

I really enjoyed my visit at this location. Allie (if that's spelled right) was the best employee I've ever seen at a subway and I've been coming to subway a few times a month for years. She had the most uplifted personality and didn't feel like she was just there for a paycheck. She made both me and the dude infront of me happy just with the way she ran the place. The food was great no complaints there, the store was clean and very well stocked! I completely recommend this location for your subway needs.
I ordered a sandwich two hrs ahead because I was at work and I have to take a lucnh for my son who's was at the school with the marching band, so I ordered specifically at this location cause it's closest to Jefferson HS, Then they called me 5 mins before my scheduled pickup time to let me know that they just have flat bread and tortilla ?They could let me know when I placed my order, however I choose flat bread and when I got there to pick up my order first thing I see is a full tray of herbs and cheese bread!So really wth!

I ordered a sandwich two hrs ahead because I was at work and I have to take a lucnh for my son who's was at the school with the marching band, so I ordered specifically at this location cause it's closest to Jefferson HS, Then they called me 5 mins before my scheduled pickup time to let me know that they just have flat bread and tortilla ?They could let me know when I placed my order, however I choose flat bread and when I got there to pick up my order first thing I see is a full tray of herbs and cheese bread!So really wth!

My husband came to this location on 08/28/22 at about 11 AM. The young lady at the counter had a friend or boyfriend there and did not notice my husband come in for a few minutes. I wanted white bread, but there was none as they were still baking, so I got wheat instead, no big deal, but the big deal is how horrible the sandwich turned out. I got a 6 inch Italian bmt. It was the saddest sandwich I have ever seen in my life. There was hardly any meat on my sandwich with a pound of mayo on it to boot. I could not even finish my sandwich as the globs of mayo just overpowered everything. My husband's sandwich looked a lot better, but he did not enjoy his either as it also had a ton of mayo and mustard on it. Don't think we will be returning back to this location.
