The older man working was extremely rude to the customers. He wore one pair of gloves and handled so many things and foods. He did NOT change his gloves out not one time! He was throwing food around. He was shaking his head and angry the whole time we waited in line. When he grabbed the bread for the sandwich I ordered and cut it without changing his gloves I left. Food safety is not a priority here nor is customer service!

Messy, worker didn’t put in fresh veggies when I left, they starting talking to a friend/girlfriend. Didn’t use gloves to cut bread. Overall gross and not sanitary, don’t recommend.

The older guy working was busy looking around at other customers coming in & out of Walmart. H dropped meat from my sandwich & didn't add to fix it. The lettuce was brown, cucumbers was old. Nothing was freash. All tables were dirty. Floors was gross. This is not the place to go unless you want the COVID-19. Doesn't deserve 1 ?.

Waited 20 minutes in line just to be told they're not going too wait on us because he has a lot of work to do. Closed 30 minutes early and waited 2 minutes before shutting down to tell everyone in line.
Very disappointed with service. Guy whose name is Ethan was there and I noticed he was very unpleasant. Had to wait 10-15 minutes and when I got my sandwich I felt it wasn’t worth waiting in the line and spending money. I don’t eat meat so I wanted either egg sandwich or veggie patti and they didn’t have any off them. I was surprised when he said they don’t have eggs. When I asked him to put salt and pepper on the sandwich he didn’t spread all over he just dumped on one part which made my sandwich very salty on one half. He was keep looking around and not focusing on customers. I wouldn’t go there again.

I understand that when a new signature sandwich hits the stores that the company encourages customers to stick to the regular build . BUT I also understand that I'm the paying customer and regardless of what you should encourage the customer to order has not limitations to what they can have added on the sandwich. Two of the sandwich makers and the big bulky manager literally refused to let me add additional toppings to my ciabatta(banana peppers and ranch) Literally refused. Then refused a refund on the half made sandwich that was nothing what i wanted . Ps- the ciabatta sign LITERALLY says "additional charges for extras " and when i pointed to that sign one of the lady's said "that's for all the regular sandwich " when it's literally only on the ciabatta sign. And the manager said "that's for like if you want to add bacon of guacamole " okay so i can add toppings like bacon and guac but not banana peppers or ranch ? Which would be free of charge to add to any sandwich anyway? Hmm no wonder they have 2-3 stars lol
