A terrible service with very rude waiters, they open your food and put it on the table, they don't give you what you order and when you tell them, they get upset, the beans that they bring, the pizzas are coming out stale, ruined if they don't like their job better. let them get another one

Rude, unorganized, and disinterested. Lost my order, then would not remember to make between tasks. I understand that this is a busy location, but the lack of concern was so severe the two employees walked away from the line. The others then began to shout and demand them to come out rather than fulfilling my order i has waited then 35 min on. My order was said to be ready at 8:45, and it's now 9:50.I don't typically have complaints and I'm very easy going and understanding. The fact i had to keep asking for my food, almost 3 times, is disrespectful to my time.

Late night, absolutely no one there. Got told to wait at the order box and then ordered and got told I had just ordered. After correcting their mistake went up to window and still corrected my order…paid and left with the wrong order-_- I’m not sure why I didn’t check but I called and got left on wait until I hung up. Ever since the man that would say “good morning” and the other “tattood” homie left it’s been booty

Waited 45 minutes for an online order. Eventually got a partial order and left. Told multiple times they were making it. Food was cold when I received it. Spent the whole time listening to the employees argue. Bad enough experience that I deleted the app so I never go back.

We had delivery from this location and we were missing half of our order and our drinks. The boxes we ordered were not boxed at all and everything was thrown into a bag that was ripping at the seams. The food we did get was half-effort made and it was wrong anyway. You shluld be tha kful we didnt have allergies to things we requested removed. It seems like a new groupe with no training were put in charge of this shift as the night before out order was fine and properly made/boxed. We reported this to taco bell Corp but we got no refund for the missing items. Stay ad far away from this store and do pick up anywhere else.

Went through drive thru. Didn't take forever but they got my order wrong and it was only 3 tacos..Not sure how they did.that but the workers was very friendly!

changing my review from before. despite order accuracy and running out of product frequently, they need to partly attention to the time as it nears 11pm people are starting to get off work in turn means may get ppl for orders. but when ir not taking orders for what ever reason at 11:14pm that's ridiculous. I think it's time for new management, gm, area supervisor, and some employees for that matter. think it's time to close the doors for good if you guys can't run the place lile it should be ran. I'm done giving this location the benefit of doubt since I live kinda close by. I will jot waste my money or time at this location and I suggest others to do the same as well and maybe someone up the ladder might fix the problems.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We waited an ENTIRE HOUR for $20 worth of food to not even be made. We asked multiple times, and we were told that they were making it. After 45 min all they had made was two burritos. The entire time we were there, a woman who claimed to be related to the manager was verbally harassing one of the employees. The employee (supposedly, I didn't actually hear this) was bothering the manager and not doing anything. Why the manager didn't get on the line and start making food was beyond my comprehension. This Taco Bell is CLEARLY understaffed and poorly supported and managed for the level of orders they get. The whole event ended with two employees fighting each other (at which point we left), and shortly after a call was made to the Lafayette police to report a man with a gun at this Taco Bell location, according to the Tippecanoe scanner Facebook page.

Absolutely horrendous service. After an hour of not getting my single burrito we asked about the status of the order and all the employees started assaulting each other lmaooo ???? Police were called because one of them has a gun so we ran out. Absolutely horrible
