Extremely low effort wings. They didn't even fully toss them in the sauce, just poured a glob on top and brought it out. It also took the time to finish a pint before they even bothered to ask if i wanted a food menu.

It was a fun time for my father's birthday. The floors were a bit sticky but other than that it was fine. Waitress did a fantastic job making sure everything was right. Definitely going back there.

In the area for work, sat in the bar, but not at the bar. Was later in the night and was only customer not at the bar. Had a good time people watching those at the bar having a rock-paper-scissors contest. Nick, the bartender, gave excellent customer service checking in on me frequently while still being very entertaining to those at the bar. Definitely impressed with the customer service here.Ohh, food was delicious too. Had some wings and the Cajun Mac-n-cheese.If ever back in the area for work I will definitely come back!

The place is empty, and food still takes an hour to get. It's just an unenjoyable place and lost so much of its luster over the years. Even after the wait, the food was mediocre and 30 for 20 wings. Besides all of this, I dont think they are running the heat as the place is freezing. Go elsewhere you will find better even at Applebee's.

Love the food but the customer service needs to be revamped. While my daughter and I went to the bathroom my fiance was waiting to get a table. The hostess couldn't look up from her phone or coloring page to serve him. She finally asked how many after we came out of the bathroom. It seemed like she had a problem because she had to get up and do her job. On top of all this the table didn't feel like it was cleaned at all. My 16 year old daughter has better customer service then what we had.

Chicken was very undercooked. When we showed our server the raw chicken she gave us 20% off and said that’s all she would do, even though we didn’t eat our wings at all because they are raw.

The first impression was that the hand sanitizer actually had something in it, which was nice. Then on the way to our table the floor was sticky which was not nice. I ordered 7 boneless wings with BBQ sauce as I can't handle spicy food. For a side I ordered the tots with queso cheese. Also got the strawberry lemonade after the waitress suggested it instead of normal lemonade. My party of two also shared fried green beans. The green bean fries were cooked well, but they are a little strange. They didn't seem too greasy, so guess they are probably an acquired taste. Our food arrived in a decent amount of time, but the place got really busy right when we got our food and it took a while to get our silverware. I honestly think our waitress seemed a little overworked, so I don't blame her. The BBQ sauce was really hot for my tastes. It was really low on their heat scale but it was definitely too much for me. It would be nice if they had a sweet BBQ or something. After tip, the meal was almost $60 after tip which seemed a bit much for two meals. Overall, I think we may come back again eventually. It just might be a while and I'll have to try a different sauce.
